The stay was disappointing for a Hilton. Checked in by a very pleasant receptionist. Our room was very shabby - covering on bed frame was fraying, mold on the grout in the bathroom, bathroom door in need of painting, no soap was available on the sink (I was told they did not receive their delivery), no glasses or cups at the bathroom sink. Don’t if I would book this again.

Front desk personnel (Chris on check in and Kristin the next morning) were very helpful and accommodating. Enjoyed the use of the exercise room . . . much better than many I experience . . . only draw back was breakfast . . . definitely not worth the $$$$

We couldn’t check in for an hour and thirty four minutes after check in The water was off in the building for 4 hours… my kids couldn’t shower after being in the pool for 2 hours. The telephone in my room doesn’t work so I had to keep going to the main desk to find out what’s going on with the water. Experience was horrible. The manager only offered 5 thousand points for such a experience after we paid almost $200 for the night!

Pro: The Hotel was very clean, the staff was awesome friendly. The room was very clean,. Con: $2 for a bottle of water wasn’t good. We had a room on the second floor and whom ever was staying in the floor above us sounded like they were having a track meet running up and down the hall

Nice hotel- very spacious. Clean and close to food and shopping. Only issue was fire alarm was set off at 7:30am due to residents smoking on another floor. Everyone had to evacuate and stay outside for over a half and hour. Hotel and management didn’t do anything for the inconvenience

We travel quite a bit and while a hotel is a hotel, one thing I always look for is cleanliness. This property is clean and bright, well decorated and has comfortable beds. The standout here though is their lobby bar. We went to dinner at the sports bar next door. It was horrible!! Don't waste your money or time there. We left and decided to try the bar at the hotel because we barely ate at the sports bar. The bartender, Nancy, was amazing! She makes great martinis and they actually had better food than the sports bar. We got a beautiful cheese tray that was only $13. They also offer breakfast but we didn't try that. If I'm ever in the area again I'll definitely stay there. It's also right across the road from the Turnpike entrance, can't be any more convenient.

The bed was comfortable but the heater was duct taped together. I kept finding long black hair in my room on my sink in the sheets etc and I am blonde. Also my cover had small gray pills all over it which did not feel good, it needs a clothes shaver to clean them off. I had to flip the cover over because the texture was gross.

The 1st night of a two-night stay was ok. However the 2nd night was horrible. The tenant next to me was so loud I called the front desk twice. Their final solution was to move me at 2am because they couldn't control the other occupants. I packed my belongings, moved and requested to talk with the manager at checkout. Of course the manager wasn't available and would call me later. I'm still waiting on rhat call!!!
