Staff was really helpful when we arrived, storing our bags and so on. Only real issue is that the bedside lights (both of them) were broken when we got to our original room. We were then kindly given a room upgrade! Staff was very apologetic about it!

Room was great for only one night. It's nice and spacious and very modern and quirky, although the open shower area with no curtain and harsh flooring and walls made it feel somewhat like an old prison room or something. Room still well equipped with air conditioning, nice tv that you can use for Netflix and Disney+ etc and bed is very comfortable. Overall enjoyed the stay and definitely worth it!

I was impressed by the quality of the hotel/room considering how affordable it was. Located in a great area, walking distance to lots of great restaurants/bars/shopping etc The staff were all extremely hospitable and the room was decently maintained. I was lucky enough to get a room with a balcony facing the plaza which was an added bonus.

Hôtel minimaliste mais central dans Bruxelles. Petit bémol : Le petit déjeuner qui avait été réservé s’est transformé en voucher (d’un montant moindre que la réservation) sans que l’on ait été prévenu à prendre dans un café proche.

De todos los hoteles este fue mi favorito! Muy lindo, muy céntrico o cercano al centro a 1 km más o menos con mucho ambiente abajo del hotel pero no se escucha ruido. El bufete básico pero rico muy rico, el personal amable! Me volvería a quedar aquí definitivamente! Me encantó

The room was small, but it was perfect for a solo trip. It was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were wonderful and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Wonderful small hotel, easy walking distance to Grand Place, and just at the end of a wide pedestrian street. My superior double was large and faced a tiny cute park. Very helpful staff. Great buffet breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice budget hotel. Great location in the of the city. Quiet at night . Great king size bed in a small room. Nice breakfast included. Can’t complain. :)
