Compact but nice room. Friendly staff, great location. My room only had a view of the fire escape, and was a little hot. It was a great price though, and a nice breakfast thrown in too. I would definitely go back.

I didn’t realise the room didn’t have a wardrobe. It was fine for a couple of nights but any longer would have been difficult. I did find there wasn’t enough surfaces to put things on. Coffee was restocked with only decaf after first night. There was no reception desk and on second day loud music was playing in the corridor from a Bluetooth speaker and felt unprofessional. Breakfast was fine, I wouldn’t describe it as “top rated”. Overall a bit disappointing but location was great and toiletries were nice though I think you can get better for your money elsewhere in Brussels.

L'hôtel semble délaissé. La propreté de la chambre était douteuse, avec des tâches dans le draps de lit et les serviettes de bain. L'hôtel est vieux et on voit qu'on ne prend pas bien soon. Le personnel était très sympa et agréable par contre. La sonorisation est horrible et j'entendais tout dehors et du couloir de l'hôtel. Je suis très déçu de Hotels.com d'avoir des avia aussi positifs alors que ça ne reflete pas du tout la condition de l'hotel.

The distance from the main city centre and the Christmas Markets made this a great location with a relatively quick walk to the station to se other places nearby. Staff were very friendly too.

A very small room with no room to walk around the bed, a vtiny wet room as a bathroom with a dreadful "rain" shower, so the water ran into the bedroom, no plug in the handbasin so you hystem which did not function properly, so we were cold every night.

After an inauspicious start - arrived at noon to drop bags off to find breakfast buffet/ dirty dishes not cleared away - we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable bed and good shower. Slightly quirky style of room which was very small but perfectly ok for a few days. Breakfast was standard buffet style. Good location for exploring centre of the city.

This hotel was conveniently located and met our needs for the stay in Brussels. Our room was missing a mirror in the bathroom, which was frustrating and had a few faulty things (light, bathroom faucet) but didn’t negatively impact our stay enough to knock off a star. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was convenient for a quick fuel before checking out the city.

Check in easy, nice staff, decent breakfast. Rooms looked pretty however the bathroom mirror was too high. I am an average sized woman (5’5) and I couldn’t see myself. It made it difficult to get ready. A full length mirror would have been ideal to add to the room to accommodate for different heights. There’s a huge blank wall in our room which would have been perfect there. Other than that, everything else was good. Would return.

Not somewhere I can recommend. I was eaten alive by bed bugs during a 3 night stay recently. Subsequently e-mailed the company who run the hotel to advise of this hygiene issue and 48 hrs later I've had zero response. Disgraceful.

Shocked and appalled by this hotel. Firstly upon checking in we found signs of BED BUGS. Have also seen other reviews on hotels.com stating the same thing, so multiple occurrences. We went to speak to the “receptionist” (person sat downstairs with a laptop) who had checked us in, explained the situation, and asked for a refund so that we could go and stay elsewhere. Long story short, they called their manager who agreed to a 50% refund. I left my phone number as was told the refund would be sorted the next morning. The refund never came, so messaged via hotels.com where I had booked the room, also emailed directly. Received no reply. Found a number online for the hotel, so sent them a WhatsApp message and tried to call them. Eventually got a call back after requesting one, as all correspondence to this point had been ignored. Was once again told they needed to speak to their manager in order to confirm and sort the refund. Received a message saying that the accountant was on holiday so this couldn’t be sorted straight away. I was stupid enough to fall for it. 3 months later I still have no refund, despite chasing regularly, so have been lied to by the property on multiple occasions. Would avoid due to bedbugs, as well as the duplicitous and shady business practises going on here. Pictures also made the room look a lot nicer than it was. Was very makeshift and basic.

A estadia no Hotel Mila foi incrível. A equipe de funcionários foi muito prestativa, inclusive permitindo que entrássemos no quarto antes do horário previsto. O quarto é confortável e novo. O café da manhã oferece boas opções de comida e bebida. Além disso, há comidinhas e café disponíveis ao longo do dia para os hóspedes. Enfim, nada a reclamar, apenas agradecer pela receptividade.
