Front Desk Juan was terrible
The lady named Sydney is truly wonderful—she is kind, approachable, and always willing to help. However, my experience with the gentleman at the front desk, Juan, was quite the opposite. When I asked him if there was a spa in the community, he immediately said no without even checking. Later, I discovered that there was indeed a spa just across from the office. His lack of effort to provide accurate information was frustrating and disappointing.
To make matters worse, when we were checking out, it was snowing heavily. I was carrying two large suitcases and had my hands full. I knocked on the door, hoping someone would assist me. Juan was sitting in the office and didn’t even bother to stand up or open the door for me. Even when I explicitly asked him for help, he simply said, “Oh, it’s open,” without making any effort to assist. His lack of courtesy and unwillingness to help left a very negative impression.
While Sydney’s professionalism and kindness were greatly appreciated, Juan’s behavior was unacceptable and significantly impacted my overall experience.
