the staff was isn't qualified to do there job appropriate. They insisted my friend had to get out of the room when I was booked for 2 nights. By the time she got the conformation number They found the reservation for the next night .No apology . Nothing. Not worth staying there again

The girl and I say girl because no women would be that rude was very very rude we saw her roll her eyes at two guys infront trying to check in and continue to talk down to them and we thought maybe the guys did something and then she did the same to us and very rude and unprofessional and I will never do business their ... I can't believe they would let such person work ... And walls had damage funny smell in the room. ... Over all bad experience Infact we didn't stay the night we ended up leaving a few hours later and stayed in the car

I have stayed at this property many times, both pre and post renovation, and it has improved. The staff are always very courteous and helpful. Even amid COVID, they still did there best to provide a pre-packed take away breakfast which was more than the other hotels I recently stayed at in the same city. The only thing I would reccomend is to steam clean the chairs in the rooms.

Check in was good, location was good, unfortunately there was no breakfast in the morning, our room had a slight hint of cigarette smoke (even though it was smoke free room) and our smoke detector had a plastic bag over it. The neighbours kept going in and out all night and slamming their door closed which kept me up most of the night.

The hotel rooms could have been cleaner. The staff was lovely though. There was an incident involving someone spraying bear mace outside our hotel room door, though hotel staff did move us to another room at the other end of the building.

Although the hotel itself was clean, we had to wait at the front desk for 10 minutes before anyone came to serve us. The room was small, but everything inside was clean. Neighbouring guests were loud and we again had to wait before anyone came to the desk so that we could check out. All in all I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Comfortable bed and nice decorate room. Room smelled very bad , dirty carpet, bathroom,mini refrigerator. Entonces doors and windows very nasty, hallway smelled like smoke.

Decent stay for the price. Beds are super small and the amount of noise from the rooms on each side of us at 2 and 3 am was out of this world. Made sleeping extremely difficult.
