Did not realize until arrival that the building letter AND unit number had never been provided. It was pouring rain and we figured out the building letter from wreath pictured in description photo! Early morning of departure day i slipped on bathroom tile floor and bruised my arm. This was due to large puddle of water that had collected from a leak in the ceiling. -Accidents happen- Main issue with it is when I called to inform property management of leak, the contact person did not apologize or even ask if I was ok. Just stated she would notify maintenance....
