I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Casa Ki’iil. The location of the hotel was perfect. It was about a 7 minute walk to La Calle de las Sombrillas and a short tuk tuk ride to anything else in San Juan or San Pedro. I got the lake view room, had a beautiful view of the garden and the lake. The staff were so so sweet and very helpful. They helped me order a public/private lancha to the hotel’s dock, gave me directions and recommendations, and even helped me get into the lake with the kayak. Breakfast was included as well, it was very simple but filling. I would definitely stay here again if I ever went back to Lake Atitlan! 100% recommend this place.

Hôtel au top, je recommande fortement. Emplacement en première ligne sur le lac, dans un coin calme et à 5min à pied de l'embarcadère de San Juan. Personnel d'une gentillesse incroyable. Petit déjeuner avec des produits frais d'excellente qualité. Chambre et salle de bains propres, avec eau chaude.

The lake was so beautiful. The staff was incredibly nice and the surrounding area is serene. It is off the main road, so you lose the noise of the busy street but keep the proximity. The neighbors are also so sweet. Kayaks are available on the property and they offered breakfast. The gentleman at the property helped carry our bags when we came in and helped us get to where we needed for our shuttle when we were leaving. 10/10 recommend!!!!

very peaceful place to stay in, it truly feels magical, i have no complaints. the staff was very friendly, attentive and accommodating which i really appreciated. the breakfast was super yummy and light, so good for your digestion. i would definitely book and stay here again, thank you for making this stay unique!

Me encantó. El personal muy amable, esta bien ubicado con una vista increíble y cuartos acogedores. El desayuno muy rico y en general es un lugar precioso para quedarse. Las habitaciones limpias. Me ofrecieron tour a rosto maya y fue una experiencia increíble. Me ofrecieron tour a talleres, pero esos no me parecio que valieran la pena por el precio. Aun asi, la experiencia en el lugar fue maravillosa.

Beliggenheden er super skøn helt ned til søen med egen bro. Personalet er meget venligt og hjælpsomt. Vær opmærksom på, at mange værelser ikke har bad og toilet og at det fælles toilet ligger i haven.

Todo estuvo muy bien, el personal muy atentos, la habitación muy básica pero todo muy limpio, el desayuno muy rico y lo mejor la vista y el muelle donde te puedes sentar y divisar el hermoso lago de Atitlan y también te venden los boletos por si quieres ir algún otro pueblo y te recojen ahí. Me encantó y lo recomiendo.

Stunning view

The view and entire ambience was so beautiful, staff were kind and welcoming. The rooms are very basic but clean and comfortable but the view of lake Atitlan from my room was divine! That made up for the room being basic .

La chambre était spacieuse, nous avions plusieurs lits! Literie confortable. Par contre, une partie de cette chambre n’était pas fermée, donc le bruit de la réception et la fraîcheur de la nuit étaient un petit irritant. La nuit, il faisait froid dans les chambres! Un excellent déjeuner est inclus, et servi sur une terrasse directement avec vue sur le lac, un gros wow! Les employés étaient très gentils et serviables.
