The hotel itself is beautiful inside and the rooms are nice. However, it seems a bit disorganized. Id prepaid for parking but for some reason wasnt on the valet parking list downstairs so we had to pay again. Then valet wouldnt accept the ticket the front desk gave us so we could get a refund, and we had to have front desk print out another list of guests with paid parking and WE had to take it back downstairs ourselves to the valet staff. This burden shouldnt have been placed on us. Also when we arrived at about 5:15pm (check in was at 4) our room still wasnt ready. Because the check in and parking process was chaotic, we were running late for our concert and had to dine at b&o restaurant attached to the hotel. The service was terrible, when we got there there were no waiters on the floor, no one behind bar, and no one at the host station. Our server had a bad attitude, was slow, and the food wasnt good and was cold.
When we checked out of the hotel the next day, the front desk wouldnt give me a final receipt, said i had to get it through the company i booked through. Not sure if id stay there again.
