I have been staying at Southern Sun for the past 3years every time I visit Nigeria, this visit is by far the worst experience and I don’t know if I’ll return.
TV Chanel’s were blurry, when I called I was told the person responsible was already gone for the day. The TV Chanel’s remained that way until I checked out 2days later.
I ordered room service and when I tried to pay with my card I was told it was declined, I ended paying with cash, only to find out later that day the card charge (N10,200) went through. When I reported it to the receptionist and provided evidence of the charge that hit my bank acct I was told the accounts office would contact me and give me a refund, never heard back from them, even after I placed another call.
Not sure what’s going on but it seems to be going down hill. Service used to be great!
