Bathroom wasn't the cleanest but we clean anyway shouldn't have to but we do. But other than that room was spacious and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

The Front desk staff and the housekeeping staff are super helpful and sweet. I had absolutely no problem with them at all. Everyone was more than nice and welcoming. The hotel still has a "moldy" or "water damaged" smell which is lm sure still from the hurricane damage. Aside from that, l have no complaints and this doesn't reflect on the staff in any way.

The staff was helpful and the location was ideal for the places I needed to go to during my trip. The air worked well in the rooms, but the common areas like the lobby & hallways were stuffy & humid.
旅客真實評論

4/10 一般般

Checked in and the room smelled of mildew…..BAD. Asked to be moved to a different room and was quickly accommodated but to a downgraded room with no offer of compensation of any manner. New room had light bulbs burned out and had an iron but no ironing board. Also, online the facility showed a hot tub…..nope. Looks like there was one but has been filled in.
