Overall the hotel is nice with on-site parking and lots of stores nearby. Jay, the front desk person, was very helpful. Everything was great until the next morning at 7:45 a.m., I hear "HOUSEKEEPING" being yelled with loud bangs on the door - about 7-10 of them, with very loud voices bantering back and forth. I had a doctor's apt the next day (2 more hour drive) so wanted to sleep in. I stuck my head out the door and when I asked the ladies to please be quite, one yelled at me "WE ARE JUST DOING OUR JOBS" - as they got on the elevator. I was furious. I grabbed my key card to go to the front desk and ran into the morning shift desk clerk. I explained the situation and she repeated, "They are just doing their jobs" - I was astonished and said that the employees didn't need to be so loud and told the front desk lady that when I checked out, I wanted the ladies names that were so loud. When I checked out, the front desk clerk explained that the loud ladies were the laundry employees and not housekeeping. I was still not happy, so she said that she would give me a credit for my inconvenience. I thought, okay and she handed me a receipt. It's been two months since my stay, and my card has not been credited. I am super unhappy with the service (not Jay) at this hotel and will NOT stay there again.
