My family and I arrived at midnight, and I personally sanitize my room to find 2 cooked hotdogs in the microwave, confirming that my room was not cleaned! My husband immediately informed the night manager, and requested a refund on our room. The manager indicated this could not be done due to the room being booked through Expedia. From there, no attempt was made for management to inspect the room and have housekeeping clean the room or minimally have the hotdogs taken out of the room. That rotten food remained in our room for our entire stay. Upon checkout, we met with the owner, Mr. Patel, who did nothing but offer us snacks.
