Excellent!
Très bon séjour en couple. Les bungalows sont au calme, bien insonnorisés. Je recommande les bungalows vue mer. Petit déjeuner très bon et copieux, même s'il n'y a pas de changement sur le petit dej, il y a tellement de choix que vous pouvez changer tous les jours. Nous avons testé le resto buffet le soir deux fois, très bon rapport qualité prix, très copieux aussi. Le staff est aux petits soins, je remercie Amelia pour son accueil et son aide, ainsi que Brenda. Toutes les deux excellentes tant pour notre check in que notre check out. Je remercie aussi Thomas qui nous a bien aidé pour nos baggages. Un petit rappel pour les commentaires où les personnes se plaignent du staff qui ne parle pas francais: vous venez spécifiquement dans une resort scandinave! Oui il y a du staff qui ne parle pas francais mais c'est un hotel bien destiné aussi a une population internationale. J'ai beaucoup aimé le surf club, un bon moyen de faire du paddle, de la planche ou de la voile. Chambre très propre et un lit King size très confortable. La plage privée est vraiment un plus, il y a beaucoup de transats disponibles, pas besoin de se battre pour un trouver un. Superbe piscine. Le seul bémol de l'hotel réside dans le bazar stocké dans les jardins, containers, transats, lattes de bois. C'est dommage car le reste est parfait. La direction devrait faire un effort sur ce point. Parking sécurisé, serviette de plage a disposition et très bon petit bar. Le gros +: les couchers de soleil sont DINGUES!

Week-end en couple
Nous avons effectué un week-end de deux nuit dans un bungalow avec vue sur mer.. Le bungalow est très bien le lit plutôt confortable. La salle de bain était propre. Le personnel est au petit soin de ces clients cela est vraiment un plus. Au niveau de la restauration les buffets du petit déjeuner sont complet et copieux. Le buffet du soir également est divers et varié avec des produits frais. Seul point d’amélioration sur le buffet du soir est le manque de plat locaux. Séjour au top je recommande

Good views but no kettle
The bedrooms have no kettle to make tea or coffee the wardrobe is too short to hang a dress and the post of the bed blocks the view of the TV. By the pool there is only one parasol for 50 sunbeds hence no shade. The restaurant does not offer a la carte dinner only a buffet. The beach bar does however offer pizza and sandwiches. The drinks menu at the beach bar shows large beers but you can’t purchase one because they only have small glasses. Two staff members at the beach bar were particularly helpful, Belonia and Tatina. When charging items to your room you have to sign a receipt that does not have the items listed or a price, very unusual. The rooms in the main building are clean, well maintained and most have sea views. One side has balconies and the other has Juliet balconies. There is a nice sandy beach with very little shade but good for swimming, not so good for snorkelling. If you want to see where Death in Paradise was filmed then this is a good place to stay and the hotel also runs tours on a Friday to the film locations.

The staff were fantastic. Especially Manon and Angelina at reception and the entire restaurant staff. The facilities and planned activities were fun and provided many options. The room was clean. The biggest issue is that to get large amounts of luggage to or from your room a porter needs to come with a golf cart since the parking lot is about 300 m fron the reception desk. This can take some time and is critical to think about when checking out to catch a flight. Give yourself extra time. The resort should prioritize resources to check in and check out. Someone has to get out of the car to reach the intercom used to open the front gate. The intercom should be placed on the driver side and a number plate recognition system or rfid system used to avoid having to call the desk each time guests enter or leave the property.

Average hotel at a very nice area of the island. Few comments: 1. At our arrival both elevator have been out of service. On request the staff supported us to bring our luggage to the 5th floor, but at check-out no support. By then elevators will be fixed is unknown as exciting once need to be replaced due to age. 2. Breakfast is quite poor, very limited variety, even the typical French food (Croissant & baguette) was crap. Here they could really improve. 3. During our stay they have had multiple big events at the hotel which took over beach side and pool…unfortunately staff didn’t inform us or any consideration of other customers at the hotel. 4. Staff in general was not very attentive…more reacting when asked but never thought in advance.
