The hotel is old a'd not well maintained. The food is awful, the only good thing is the beach which is great. For now there is not really alternative for this kind of hotels in Trinidad, hopefully soon it will change

I didn't like this hotel overall, staff were rude all the time, bad faces allover the place, clean???? That doesn't exist in that place, staff were arguing with me all the time, specially a guy from cubanacan, an agency that doesn't even belongs to the hotel, I spoke with the Director of the hotel regarding the Issue and he said that he will speak to the guy, which I hardly daubed, door had holes on it, bathrooms were coated, food was awful, buffet smells really bad, no variety of food, bad taste on it, drinks at breakfast had bad taste, I herd that those drinks they sell them at the cuban stores for $1. Rooms were a little destroyed, lack of paint. They need to be educated a little more about what costomer satisfaction is and then start working in a hotel. Overall my experience was the worst.

Hotelli oli viihtyisä ja kotoisa kokonaisuutena. Palvelu oli erinomaista ja kohteliasta. Kaunis puutarha ja erittäin siisti ranta . Rannalla oli paljon hyviä aurinkotuoleja. Huoneessa jotakin remontoitavaa ikkkunoissa. Muutoin siisti.Ruokaa oli tarjolla monipuolisesti, merellistä, lihaa, salaatteja ja hedelmiä.

Toll!! aber keine Perfektion erwarten.
Toller Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abstrichen. Die Anlage ist schön und weitläufig gestaltet, die Zimmer und Betten modern und groß. Die Bars sind manchmal allerdings dem Ansturm der Gäste nicht gewachsen, außerdem gibt es hin und wieder Versorgungsengpässe wie keinen Saft, auch im Restaurant. Unbedingt eigenen Becher für den Strand mitbringen, sonst gibt es Plastik. Wegen des Restaurants sollte man auch nicht dort sein. Wer Diamant Club gebucht hat, sollte darauf achten, seine Extras auch wirklich zu bekommen. Der Laden im Hotel ist nicht der Rede wert.

We had a very nice stay in this hotel. The beach is very beautiful. The room is also nice, but we had a little problem with the water in the toilet. But the problem was solved in about two hours.

Начнем с того, что данный отель не заселяет с подтвержденным бронированием от Hotels.com. Будьте готовы к тому. что вам придется заново оплачивать этот отель по самой высокой цене. Сам отель старый, на пляже и в море большое количество водорослей. Отель давно требует ремонта, номера убирают поверхностно. Питание приличным было только в Новогоднюю ночь, что приятно удивило, в остальном обычная столовка с огромным количеством народа. За эти деньги есть огромное количество мест с отличным сервисом.

We had a really bad experience at this all inclusive place, the cost for hotel did not justify the quality and cleanliness, here are some of the issues we faced: 1. There was serious quality issues for the room, we ended up getting big bed bites in both the room we rented. The quality of the bath room was poor and the flush did not work. 2. The food quality was poor, tasteless, the all inclusive was a farce. We did not even get a welcome drink. 3 we did not sleep the first night due to dogs barking all night. :( Overall the beach was good and the drinks ok. But after spending close to 1400$ it was not worth it. Please contact me to figure out how Expedia will make it up to me. Thx

Not the best Memories
we were a family of 5 people in 3 rooms. We paid a lot for our christmas holiday. We booked the Memories Trinidad del Mar because 1. near the beach 2. all inclusive 3. Fitness center 4. Tennis court 5. Wifi No fitness center and not possible to play tennis which were a bit annoying, Wifi not working. The people at the pool bar could be a bit more friendly. A smile cost nothing

This property is lovely! I visited the site in Nov 2016 as well and the property has since, changed ownership, I understand. They have undergone some renos and painting to re-fresh - took me some time to get used to the change of color (from the yellow and blue) but the new look is classy and stream-lined. And clean looking. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I love this location and will return, without question!

La instalación tiene mucho potencial, diseño arquitectónico hermoso, el personal se esfuerza en dar una atención esmerada. Es lamentable que los artículos de aseo se entreguen incompletos, según los propios trabajadores del servicio, "se entrega lo que llegue ese dia", tuve que comprar jabón y champú en la tienda, pues solo entró crema y un jabón para mis tres noches.

Schönes Hotel am Strand. Das Essen im Restaurant war für kubanische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Der Pool war leider etwas dreckig, der Strand dafür aber umso besser. Getränke wurden in Einwegplastikbechern serviert, was eine ziemliche Sauerei war. Lecker waren sie aber.
