很舒適的住宿

地點好,離美術學院極近,百花大教堂也近,有公車,服務人員很和善樂於幫忙,夜晚治安好很安靜,附近有超市及餐廳開很晚，房間很大很舒適,早餐咖啡現泡的很好喝。

Location was fantastic. Hotel is beautiful. For those not familiar with driving in Italy, this is not a drive in and out style hotel. It's located in the heart of the city and parking is difficult to find and expensive.

I have never written a negative review before, but our experience at Poderi Arcangelo was extremely disappointing. During our stay, my partner sat on a stool placed under the desk in our room (both pictured), and it broke. Instead of apologising for unsafe furniture, the manager argued it was “clearly a table,” insisted it was our fault, and charged us for the damage. There were no signs or indications the stool wasn’t meant for sitting. Its design and placement under a desk made it completely reasonable to assume this was its purpose. We were utterly shocked — not least by the charge but by the manager’s incredibly rude attitude (loud, demanding, dismissive etc.). In years of traveling, we have never experienced such poor customer service. It ruined the rest of our stay and made us feel incredibly uncomfortable at the hotel (so much we decided to dine elsewhere). Otherwise, the property has stunning views and the food was very good. The room was clean and comfortable (though not luxurious), however had poor sound insulation. The remaining staff were very kind, especially a female receptionist who managed to reduce the fee. The wine tour and tasting were also very enjoyable. Sadly, the way the above situation was handled means we cannot recommend this hotel. There are many places in Tuscany that offer beauty and respect for their guests—this is not one of them.

99 stairs

This is an amazing hotel! The people are friendly and treat you like family. The food is excellent and the morning coffee was included. We stayed in the panoramic suite which was wonderful, but there were 99 stairs between the piazza and our room. The tiny elevator only goes halfway up. But the view of the Duomo was breathtaking! The staff communicated before the trip by email and answered several questions. There is a train a block from the hotel that goes straight to the airport. We walked everywhere and saw amazing sights every time.

Clean, large bed, old style from year 1600, Centrale to Duomo chapel, fantastisk air condition. Nice staff - really good breakfast. Fruit, pizza, crossaint, egg, ham, bacon and different juice.

Långt över förväntan

Det här hotellet var långt över förväntan. Kan inte tänka mig någon annan orsak till att de bara har tre stjärnor än att de inte har en egen restaurang, vilket kvittar eftersom de börjar myllra av restauranger två minuters promenad bort. Vi bodde med en balkong med utsikt över torget, det fanns badrockar och tofflor på rummet, bra minibar med rimliga priser, hiss, parkeringsservice och väldigt vänlig personal. Fem minuters promenad till Domen, området kändes väldigt tryggt, tyst och lugnt på rummet.

Amazing property and location. Feels like yourey staying in a capsule in time. Room was very well sized and clean. Large bathroom. Just down the street from the Duomo. Breakfast in the morning was a great start to the day. We stayed in the annex building
