Location was great. However it was clear that the property was not being maintained. Doors were falling off hinges, carpets were very dirty, mattress on the sofa bed was completely worn.

Was pleased with my stay!
I had a great time in Toronto. Didn’t stay much in the hotel, but when coming back to sleep, but overall was happy with the cleanliness and the comfort of the bed. Was happy I could access YouTube during night time. Only thing I’d say was difficult is finding the name of the place when walking up. The front of the building has like a different name and it’s pretty blank. So I just walked in hoping it was the right place. And it was thankfully.

Nice location but needs a little love
Condo is definitely showing signs of use and water damage. Laminate floors have definitely seen water. Fans and windows (inside) are dirty, also towels and facecloths are dingy looking. Living/ dining room furniture have seen better days. Beds were very comfortable, great location!

Clean suites in heart of downtown Toronto
Very clean accommodations, perfect location. Bed was comfortable, but only had nightstand on one side. Shower and sink co ter were both somewhat cramped but workable. Check in/out process very smooth. Overall it worked very well for our purposes and I would encourage anyone staying in Toronto to consider it.

Property was good but due to bad management of property no one is really care about customers comfort level. During my last visit I paid a high fee for my 2 nights stay but when I entered in apartment I came to know that AC is not working which made my stay hell and no one bothered to fix this and tried to manage me through lame excuses. I am very disappointed because due to this I didn’t sleep for 2 nights which disturbed my official engagements schedule.

The apartment was great. Well equipped, clean and spacious. Excellent location for Union Station, convention ctr, entertainment and restaurants. It’s just the security team that isn’t that friendly or helpful. They might tell you you don’t have a reservation. It happened to 4 of us. You will have to call Expedia or whomever you booked with to have them send an email. Poor process. But the suites are great.

Property was spotless and communication was excellent with owner. Highly recommend staying here due to close proximity to attractions as well as restaurants. Most places are in walking distance and also close to subway too. My family and I had an excellent stay and building also had all day security and concierge service too.

The apartment is located very central (near CN Tower and Rogers Centre) and is very good equiped. We had a spectacular view to the skyline of Toronto from our apartment. The main bedroom is perfect. The sofa bed in the livingroom was damaged and not really clean so as the livingroom , when we arrived. Good staff, very helpful. Thank! No possibility to store your luggage when you don‘t already leave after check-out. So you have to use external luggage store.

Fantastic Spot!
Absolutely fantastic location right under the CN Tower and right next to the stadium. Close to the water and all sorts of restaurants and amenities. The place was extremely nice, bigger than expected and very comfortable. Loved the balcony and the view. It was nice and quiet. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Wish we could have stayed longer!
