This was a perfect stay! The family truly cares about their home, land, and the travelers. The room was so simple, clean, and charming, with the best view of Montepluciano. It was only a mile from town. Yes GPS did not work, but we went a 1/4 mile down the road towards town and easily found it. Breakfast was amazing as well! Thank you, Nadia! We hope to come back!

My family of 6 (myself, my wife and 4 kids over 18) stayed the evening and the facilities were very nice. A few miles from the old town. Gramma and her daughter Nadia were wonderful and very hospitable.

Agriturismo con vista sul borgo
Ottimo soggiorno, gestori molto disponibili, splendida posizione ai piedi di Montepulciano. La struttura è molto ben tenuta e pulita. Ottima soluzione per alloggiare in questa zona stupenda della Toscana. Dopo aver provato tante soluzioni di alloggi in zona abbiamo valutato questa come la migliore e siamo tornati per il secondo anno. La sceglieremo ogni volta che andremo in zona.

Fra Pienza e Montepulciano strategico per un weeks di nella bellissima Toscana; forse un letto troppo morbido... ma ne avranno di sicuro altri più rigidi adatta a voi. Ci ritornerei!

Peaceful Stay
We loved it here! We had booked the place last minute and showed up later than check-in time, but were still welcomed graciously by the mother on the property (even though there was a communication barrier English/Italian). This was the most peaceful/relaxing property we had stayed on throughout our entire trip around Italy. The room was very spacious and has a nice balcony. The bed was very comfortable and room/bathroom was spotless. A very cute country style home that was only 5 minutes away from the main city. We highly recommend this property.

Great little B&B. Nice owners, but don't speak much English. Was no problem, however. The views out the back are amazing. Rolling hills of grape vines. Definitely recommend. Only negative was they don't really have a sign out on the road. Look for the sunflower. That's their theme.

very comfotable stay
this is a nice B&B in the beautiful country side between Pienza and Montepuciano, spacious room and huge bathroom makes it a very comfortable stay. Breakfast is a simple Italian style one and the owner is very nice. The house is off road for about 200m with a small sign, so it is nice to be there before dark.

Convenient location, pleasant owners
The owner was very helpful and welcoming and especially when we complained about not being able to sleep because of a dog next door to the hotel barking all night. She moved us to a room on the other side of the house and the barking dog was no longer an issue. We were fortunate we could move rooms as another couple were leaving that morning. I do think the hotel is noisy, not just the dog but also the traffic, making sleeping not easy for light sleepers. The facilities in the room are fine and the breakfast is wonderful, especially the coffee. The hotel allows guests to use the outside tables in the evening and there is a fridge for guests' use.
