Comfortable stay in Venice
Mario was an excellent host. He kept in contact with us before arriving with recommendations about things to do. We kept in touch about our arrival timeline and he was very accomodating and informative. On arrival we were met at the B&B by Mario and given recommendations about restaurants in the area. We were able to drop off our luggage since we were arriving earlier than check in and it was brought to our rooms when they were ready. We stayed one night and found the rooms clean and comfortable. The B&B was in a good location. Close to many restaurants and popular attractions. It was also only 15-20 walk from the train station. Breakfast was good and appreciated. We would recommend staying here on your trip to Venice.

Central but serene location
This B&B was the perfect location to rest at night during days filled with touring Venice. Some notes: -The style is a little vintage and kitschy but very clean and comfortable. -We found the address was very easy to locate! Tip: 2325 is *next to* 2326, where in the US address style you would be looking across. (Just look at every door, you will be fine!) -Luckily the hotel is not on a main tourist footpath. So you won't hear loud noises from the street. -Our host Mario was very kind, accommodating, and himself very interesting. Travelers will be lucky to not miss a chance to speak with him!

Agréable avec un super accueil et de bons conseils
La chambre avec la salle de bain privative est typiquement vénitienne, propre, pas très lumineuse car dans une petite rue et pas très bien insonorisée. Le gros plus est le service proposé par Esmeralda et Mario qui sont très disponibles et réactifs. On a beaucoup apprécié leurs conseils pour se repérer, visiter et surtout manger ! Les restaurants conseillés étaient tops. Le petit déjeuner était bon et c'était appréciable de discuter avec eux en français le matin. Nous avons pu laisser nos valises après le checkout.

Incredible!
The room was spacious and located on a charming, very central street in Venice, and the breakfast was excellent. I only wish I could give more than 5 stars for this review! Esmeralda and Mario truly went above and beyond. I lost my passport, and Esmeralda's assistance was incredible—she took charge of contacting all the relevant authorities and didn’t stop until everything was resolved. They were not just professional; they treated me with the care and warmth of old friends. Thank you so much for everything!

Konum doğru işaretlenmişti. Ama Venedik’e ilk kez gelen biri olarak dar sokakları bizi zorladı. Yakın olduğumuzu düşündüğümüz yerden mesaj attığımızda Esmaralda bizi karşıladı. Sıcak ve ilgili bir karşılamaydı. Bize Venedik’te gezebileceğimiz yerleri harita üzerinden anlattı. Odayı tanıttı ve otel hakkında bilgi verdi. Gece oldukça soğuktu. Mesaj attığımıza Marıo,bize ısıtıcı vererek yardımcı oldu. Oda oldukça temizdi. Venedik bence her yere yürünecek mesafede olduğu için konum olarakta otel iyiydi. Sabah kruvasanlar, kahve, ekmek, reçel, bal ve yoğurttan oluşan bir kahvaltı vardı. Bir Türk kahvaltısı olmasa da ihtiyaçları gideriyor. Sabah treni kaçıracağımız için aceleyle çıktık, teşekkür edemedik. Venedik için ilk deneyimimiz oldu. Teşekkürler Esmeralda ve Marıo.
