Walking distance for food and nightlife. Hotel looks better in person than in pictures. Safe and easy to grab a taxi. Beds are a tad bit small, but it’s manageable. Staff is really cool and friendly.

Acabamos de terminar nuestra estadía y fue excelente. El ambiente es cálido y el staff siempre amable, atentos y con una sonrisa, lo que nos hizo sentir súper cómodos. La alberca está perfecta y la habitación muy cómoda. Un punto a destacar: nuestra habitación tenía aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo, lo cual fue clave para dormir frescos por las noches. La vista al mar es increíble, y todo está cerca: restaurantes deliciosos y una playa muy limpia. El desayuno también fue excelente, siempre con fruta fresca y una vista hermosa desde la terraza. Además, siempre hubo agua caliente, buenos amenities (jabón, shampoo, acondicionador) y un internet muy rápido. Sin duda, un lugar al que queremos volver. Nota: El número correcto es el que aparece en Google Maps

Es un hotel muy cálido, te reciben como en casa y es un lugar muy tranquilo, la habitacion en la que nos quedamos tenía una vista hermosa al mar y una tina de hidromasaje privada en la terraza. Las áreas comunes estan en perfecto estado siempre y se mantiene un ambiente tranquilo de convivencia. Definitivamente un excelente lugar de descanso. No tiene restaurant como tal pero de 8 a 11 am sirven un desayuno y a partir de las 11:00am puedes hacer uso de la cocina para preparar lo que desees.

Estoy muy feliz de haberme hospedado en PuntaKai, está en excelente ubicación a unos metros de playa Zicatela, puedes llegar sin problema a pie y moverte a los restaurantes cercanos, el lugar es muy cómodo y bonito, súper limpio, su personal es muy atento y siempre con intención de ayudar y brindarte mejores opciones para moverte y reservar actividades extra. Sin duda regresaría, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

When we arrived Diego at the front desk was super friendly and gave us suggestions for places to eat and things to do! Ramon also was very helpful, overall we felt safe and it felt like a big family! big plus was the breakfast , it was really good coffee and fresh fruit. Most definitely stay here again!
