地點超好，出火車站走3分鐘就到了! 櫃台態度很好，還會幫忙提行李! 需要什麼都會幫忙! 房間和浴室都算大間的，住起來很舒適! 在外住過很多hotel、hostel、B&B，很少遇到下次還會想再去住的，這間就是!推!

The hotel is (or has been) going through a renovation, meaning the corridor and entrance to the hotel is fresh and modern, but only some of the rooms have been updated. The pictures online did not match the room we were given - things only went downhill from here. While the location of the hotel is great for getting to the main sites and good food / drink, there was not a dedicated receptionist and contact via WhatsApp just wasn't enough for some of our issues. We only spoke to a person on check-in and check-out (the latter being delayed as they weren't there to collect the keys). The room we were given was dated and unclean. There was litter from a previous guest inside the drawers of the vanity, the bathroom was not cleaned and the walls were covered with scuff marks, dents and broken bits of plaster. The shower tray in particular had scum on and there were chips in it. There was also an incessant rumble from the bathroom all day and night. One of the days when the sheets and towels were cleaned, the sheet on the bed had a large tear in it and one of the towels was dirty. Oh and the small flush on the toilet didn't work. We are currently working with Expedia (thank you!) to try and resolve this as there was so little support at the hotel itself. I wouldn't stay here again nor use the DaPlace group as the images were misleading, the room unclean and the staff not present. A good location, though.

Nice place to stay, room was just as needed and location was very good for walking to the popular tourist spots and lots of lovely restaurants very nearby. The only thing I would say is there is often no one on reception but there is support available on WhatsApp to answer any questions. On the day of leaving there is no where to securely lock your bags away for the day you just have to leave them in the communal area. Would still recommend staying here.

Really lovely little place, perfect for a few night get away. The room was spacious and the bathroom lovely. There was no safe or full length mirror however! The staff were very friendly and helpful and you can store your luggage which really helps! Would recommend

La ubicación es excelente, la habitación toda renovada, amplia y muy limpia. Las bebidas de la nevera fueron obsequio de la casa. Quizás eche de menos el que hubiera una persona en recepción para preguntar o para informarnos, pero aún así el contacto a través de whatsapp fue el correcto e hicimos el check in sin ningún problema. I liked the staff, the fridge had cold drinks included the bed was comfortable. The sofa bed was not. The bed sheets and headboard had smell like sweat. I was there only 1 night but we rest and it was ok.

Muy lindo hotel, limpio y bien ubicado , personal muy amable. No me gusta mucho la idea que la recepción esté cerrada después de las 5pm , aunque no hubo ningún inconveniente , como huéspedes da más seguridad saber que hay alguien disponible. Lo demás todo excelente.

The staff here was absolutely amazing. They were checking in with me several times on What’s App to make sure my stay was going well, the lady at the front was very helpful with guidance to get around. The only slight blemish is that they don’t have a front attendant evenings and mornings but it’s a 5 star for me!
