The decide of shower cubicle is very bad that will lead to the flooding of toilet. Toilet was dirty but staff came to clean up immediately. Other things is fine and staff is friendly.

Great location
I booked 2 rooms for me and my friend. The hotel has exellent location close to the laussane train station, but one of the room can hear the noise of train crossing. So if you are sensitive to noises, make sure to ask for quiet rooms.

terrible!
This hotel does not deserve 3 stars. The tub drain was seriously stuck. I wonder why they didn't notice this if they had cleaned the tub. We had to wait for 30 minutes until the staff tried to make the water flow. Dirty black things were sucked out and were everywhere in the tub, where people are supposed to stand and take a shower. The staff suggested us not take a shower for one day, which is impossible and unbelievable. We asked if we could change to another room. We were then assigned to another much smaller room, in which our suitcases couldn't even be opened. And the faucet was very difficult and user-unfriendly to use. This was one of the worst, if not the worst experience of staying in a hotel. It almost ruined our holiday.

Highly recommend hotel in Lausanne
The location is very convenient. Though it is just next to the train and metro stations, the room is not noisy at night. The room is clean and the breakfast is wonderful. Highly recommend to book this hotel.

Hotel tres accueillant et original au niveau déco. Le personnel est sympathique et professionnel. Situation au top, pres de la gare et du centre ville mais neanmoins tres calme.
