Small Guest House, good value.
Got the check-in instructions, easy to find. In a quiet side street by the river. They have 7 rooms. Its a guest house style. My room was a bit noisy due to heavy construction across the street. Riim had good size, was clean, everything worked. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was continental. A good stay, great value, easy to sightseeing.

O Hotel é estilo albergue. Não tem recepção 24h e também nenhum tipo de serviço além de limpeza dos quartos. Para nós não foi um ponto relevante, pois ficávamos o dia todo fora e só íamos ao hotel para dormir. Importante reforçar que o hotel não possui elevador, então para quem está com malas grandes, é um desafio. O atendimento e receptividade foram muito bons, ganhamos um espumante para comemorar nosso aniversário de casamento! O café da manhã também era ok, sem muita variedade, mas não foi um problema. A localização também é boa, conseguimos fazer tudo a pé, área muito segura e silenciosa.

We enjoyed our stay at Gogo petit hotel. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The staffs there are very helpful, after I told them I am a light sleeper, they helped to locate me in a quite room, I finally had a good sleep after previous cities. Location is quiet, a bit far from main tourist area, but still walkable.

So, this is not a hotel, it is basically a glorified Airbnb. If you have accessibility issues do NOT book this hotel. You have to haul your bags up 3-4 giant flights of stairs, and sometimes the lights turned off halfway up or down. The rooms themselves were nice and a fairly decent size, they had a coffeemaker and a safe, as well as a little storage unit for clothes. The bathroom in our room was ok, it had a bit of a smell because the water pooled in the shower tiles since they were not flat, and it would have been nice to have a fan in the bathroom. Their room service consisted of making the bed, that's it - we had to ask for more toilet paper, they didn't change the towels or the bathmat that was by the shower the entire time we were there (4 nights), so by the end it was pretty gross. They didn't sweep the floor in the bathroom or room, so again, it was pretty gross by the end of the stay (2 girls with long hair). I don't care that the sheets weren't changed because I would only do my sheets at home once a week or so, but to not provide any new towels or even stock the toilet paper or sweep the floors is not great. Even if new towels are only provided every other day that would be fine. We didn't have the provided breakfast so cannot comment on that. The person we communicated with over WhatsApp was quick to respond. Not sure if I'd stay here again. Location was ok, have to be ok to walk places.

Room was quite noisy as the reception area was right outside our door, and the only window opened out onto a communal patio area, but good facilities, lovely staff and nice location - quiet but everything within reach. Good for the price.

Fin beliggenhet for ekskursjoner i Firenze, og grei pris. Les nøye før du bestiller - ligger i en bygård uten heis opp til rommene. Trangt og lite. Veldig beskjeden frokost. Ingen betjening tilstede med unntak av noen få timer på formiddagen.

We arrived at the hotel around 10:30 am on the morning of check in on June 9th. Left our luggage at the hotel with the staff. The receptionist said that the room is not ready yet. They informed us that the luggage will be taken to the room and the key will be left hanging on the door once it is ready. We arrived back to the hotel around 11 pm. The key would not open the door and no staff present at the hotel. Called the hotel contact and the manager came to the hotel and could not open the room either. He called the city to open the door and told us it is not an emergency and would be 1 or 2 am. We waited at the hotel till 12:30 am and he arranged to place us at a hotel 15 min from the present hotel. We received an email from Gogo petit at 10:30am on 6/10 that the room is ready. Since our luggage got stuck inside the room, we were in our unchanged clothes since 4:30 am on 6/9. We end up staying 1 night at Gogo. However, the hotel charged us for 2 nights totaling over 520 euro. The hotel he places us was 130 euro. The manager did not charge us the 130 euro or waive the charge for the 1 night for the major inconvenience.

Small room, no elevator, short stay is ok
I needed to stay for one night before flying to next location and I had no expectations but I wouldn't stay more than a night. There are better options at that price in Florence, I would not recommend it to people who have a lot of luggage since there is no elevator and the rooms are small

The staff were excellent, and I feel the price takes the stairs into account, but I feel the mattress could be upgraded. Both my partner and I were uncomfortable and sore after our 6 day stay. I hope the owner can invest in new beds. Thanks!

The place was cute I liked the rooms and the area was quiet and walkable. Just be aware there are a lot of stairs to go up and no lift. If you stay here I’d only bring a backpack or duffel bag. Pack light. My shower wasn’t too clean when I got there but other than that the room was great
