Pésimas condiciones y peor trato
Llegamos a un apartamento sucio, apareció una cucaracha, los pisos rayados, basuras rotas, inodoro roto, el balcón asqueroso, ofrecía un espacio de trabajo para portátil que no existe, el internet no funciona en toda la casa. Ofrecen una cocina equipada que no tenía nada, solo 1 sartén y 1 olla para 4 adultos… ni hablar de utensilios básicos como colador, licuadora, rallador, entre otros. Platos rotos, vasos incompletos, en fin una experiencia horrible. Para más colmo, solo quieren comunicarse a través de correo electrónico y las respuestas son deplorables, no buscan solucionar los problemas, y envían a un chico que no tiene potestad para realizar cambios. Realmente una pésima experiencia que no le recomiendo a nadie.

La estadía no fue tan agradable. La primera noche dos los aires de la recámara principal y de la tercera habitación no funcionaron y conseguir quien no los arreglara fue un tema; pero lo Hicieron. Al final de nuestra estadía la refrigeradora empezó a botar agua

The view was immaculate and the appartment was really nice. Issues was no one spoke English at the front desk, the elevator was not stopping on the floor of the appartment and we got less blankets.

I like the location in the city and the view. The apartment was modern and up to date. They also responded to our request whetever we reached out to them. The parking was secure and safe. There was restaurant and shopping near by. I would recommend and would return in the future.

Great view but think twice
Pros: Unmatched view: Sweeping vistas from every floor-to-ceiling window. Spacious common areas: Ample room for relaxation and entertaining. Cons: Maintenance Nightmare: Both pool and elevators out of service. Fitness Farce: A so-called gym, equipped with broken gear. Health Hazard: Black mold in apt. Laundry Disaster: Washing machine stains clothes; dryer barely functional. Comfortless: Intermittent air conditioning, filthy couch, unclean living conditions including the discovery of a condom, hair, trash, and other people's clothes. Sleepless Nights: Damaged beds; dirty sheets and towels. Purchased our own sheets and towels Hygiene Horror: Dirty kitchen, appliances, and cabinets. Utterly Unkempt: Poorly maintained closets and mishmash of dishes and hangers. Utility Failures: Spotty electricity and Wi-Fi. Access Issue: A single key for a three-bedroom apartment. Rusty Reality: Outdated and rusty kitchenware. Design Flaws: Inadequate seating for occupants. Shower Scare: Moldy showers. Absentee Owner: Low responsiveness to issues. Lobby Disgust: Roach-infested couch. Unbearable Elevators: Really hot elevators. Lukewarm Showers: Inadequate water heating. Noise Nuisance: Persistent street noise despite being on the 28th floor. Verdict: For those valuing cleanliness, functionality, and responsive management, this apartment falls egregiously short. Ideal for those with minimal living standards; professionals and those accustomed to quality should think twice.

The view from the apartment was great. Everyone loved it. The communication with the host was fine... got back on timely manner. The place is conveniently located. however, the apartments (twenty-fives A) are listed as 'Luxury' buy, they are Not as they are in need of maintenance. Parking is VERY difficult. There were numerous spots open at lower level, but we were not allowed to park there. Also, the total amenities provided for 6 days: 1 towel per person, 2 rolls tissue paper, 2 small tubes of shampoo and conditioner. Thank God it was a 'luxury' apartment. Pool area was fine and as depicted in Pic. Gym was small with outdated equipment and some machines out of service. Forgot to mention common bathroom sink faucet was loose but did work. My understanding of renting an apartment is to have 'Home away from Home' experience, well this is not. FYI... Netflix is not included as indicated online. If management can fix/improve these and other conditions, this could be a good place to stay. for now NO! Sorry!!

No son muy accesibles y nunca contestan a tus peticiones no hay buena comunicacion con el propietario no hay ropa de cama extra ni almohadas extras por lo demás el apartamento es muy confortable la ubicación es excelente muy seguro tranquilo y se descansa bien la tranquilidad es lo mejor lo recomiendo solo tomar en cuenta esos aspectos.

Es un buen apartamento, pero le falta mucho mantenimiento. Los muebles en general están muy sucios. La dotación general es buena, pero extrañamos copas de vino. Excelente ubicación.

The property was great! The mattresses were confortable. The only thing that was challenging was the getting to the tight parking garage, for experienced drivers only! Other than that we had a great stay! I would recommend!!

The view at night beautiful but what they advertise is misleading. At the time checking in, no assistance, the apartment is filthy, all bathrooms tiles were dirty, no instructions how to operate Washer, dryer, heater stove, etc. One key to go up and down elevator, AC was broken. Linen towels pillows deplorable quality and when you ask for help the Lobby was unable to assist and needed to wait 24 hours to get help. My whole vacation plans needed to be change. They even told me "They are not a Hotel..so I have to accept the apartment AS IS. I didn't check out immediately because I wasn't able to find a place. Thank God we find availability at the ALOFT Hotel and we move next morning immediately....they are refusing to refund money. I don't recommend this place at all they should add space to add images and video so this won't happen again to another family.

We have stayed here before but this time we chose apt 17D and it was totally disgusting. The host had to switch us to 31A which is way better and cleaner furniture. However there was a pool of water that was created by a leak from the AC, had to wait until the next day for them to come fix it because good luck getting any one to come help after 3pm! Also, the water heater wasn’t working and had to be “fixed” which was jack rig. The exhaust wasn’t sealed and smelled like a gas leak for our stay. But it’s in the laundry room so we just put a towel at the bottom of the door to keep the smell out. Wifi get shotty in the rooms further from the livingroom. Communication was hard to obtain at first but once we got situated it was very prompt and they did try to help as best they could. We had to extend and switched over to 31B which was the best part of our stay because everything was in working condition and very clean. My recommendation to this host is to update the furniture like couches and dining room chairs because they are beyond cleaning at this point. And provide better kitchen items. Most kitchen ware is deformed, broken, stained, and mismatched or just not available. These apts make lots of money and this small details are very affordable to replace in Panama. I’m an American born Panamanian and know both worlds. Also some warmer blankets not just a sheet. The best apt we ever stayed in at this hosts available apts is 27B
