Five star experience… not quite

It was a 5 star experience until the last moment when I realise I left my charger in the hotel room and have to turn around on my way to airport. However I couldn’t find my charger in the room anymore when I return but the concierge who opened the door for me insist no one has come into my room after I left. So instead of checking with the other staff to see if anyone has seen my charger, he insisted I must have packed the charger but forgotten about it. I knew for certain that’s not the case but was pressed for time as I have a flight to catch. This definitely left a bitter taste after what was an amazing experience.

Excellent locatiQuiet, clean and comfortable stay

Front desk staff were attentive and friendly. They held our luggage for us when we arrived at 6:45 a.m. The breakfast buffet is an excellent value for €16 with allergens listed and many options for special dietary needs. The woman running the buffet even toasted gluten free bread for me in the kitchen, which was very accommodating. The hotel is great area with easy walking and public transport options around the city. The hotel is exceptionally clean and QUIET. The beds in our room for comfortable and we were able to control our temperature to stay cool during a hot and humid August night. The only improvement would be the quality of the pull out bed. This mattress is very thin and not suited for anyone other than a small child. I would absolutely stay here again.

서비스 좋고 주변 시설 및 교통편 좋은 숙소

직원도 친절하시고 방도 깔끔해서 좋았어요! 체크아웃할때는 짐도 맡길 수 있어서 좋았구요 근처에 식당이나 마켓도 여러 개 있고 버스 정류장도 있어서 이동하기 편했어요.
