We arrived on Friday. The dining area on Saturday morning was way over packed with people. Breakfast was a very negative experience with no free tables, long lines, and so many people waiting for the food containers to be refilled. On top, it looked as the hotel staff were understaffed and unready to serve all the guests.
The room was never cleaned for the entire 3-night stay, although we verified on Sunday morning that it was scheduled to get cleaned on Sunday, and then we asked twice(!!) to ensure it was on the list because it was not cleaned by 4 PM.
Mattresses were very soft or very used; we could not sleep well with these. So happy to be back home.
Parking was a $15-per-day surprise, and one has to take 2 elevators from the room to the parking lot or vice-versa.
I expected much more from this hotel. Reviewers graded it as 9, I give it 4. I would not go back to this hotel even for half the price.
