Terrible room
DON’T book this hotel!!! We were really really really disappointed with our room - we don’t mind it’s a small triple however it was entirely different from online booking pictures. Those pictures are so so so misleading. Everything in the room was very dated and made us feeling so uncomfortable, especially my little daughter. We spoke with the reception twice and requested to change the room, the day staff and night staff were both rude to reject, the reason was rooms full occupied (we checked their online booking, there are at least two rooms still available) and mainly we just stayed one night. If you are traveller, we won’t recommend this hotel, streets around are full of rubbish and mess, not walking distance from the Roma Termini train station, no nice restaurants or shops nearby, far away from all tourist attractions. It seems poor security in this district, so we called Uber only. Actually we have spent 5 days with Kolbe Hotel in Rome, visited Firenze, Venezia, Milan and backed to Rome as our final night, we thought it’s a nice 3 star hotel to complete our family trip, unfortunately it’s the worst hotel and staff we have experienced in Italy.

附近治安不好，但酒店本身不錯
首先，如果只是女生來住，除非你很有錢，每次回酒店也坐的士，否則建議找家附近治安較好的酒店，因為從車站走到這家酒店的路途是挺不舒服的，步程要30分鐘不在話下，而且沿路有大量垃圾，有撞風玻璃破裂然後裡面塞滿垃圾的車輛，感覺是無家者的所在地（不過白天沒有甚麼人，晚上就不知道了，我們晚上都全的士回酒店，不敢走路）。 除了上述最需要關注的事，這家酒店其實不錯。 房間雖然有點舊，但裡面的傢俱很典雅，很有特色，挺適合浪漫的兩口子來住。 廁所雖然有點細，特別是淋浴的地方非常窄，但勝在水壓夠大，洗澡起來特別爽快，不用慢慢等水滴、滴、滴下。 早餐非常棒，水果很甜，烘麵包加芝士和火雞腿片很不錯，而且有幾十種味道的茶包供選擇，是個可以吃飽飽的地方。 特別提醒會攜帶超過一個大呎吋行李的朋友，房間能放行李的地方不多，只有一個躲在門後的行李架，如果你有多過一個行李，就只能放在地上，也許會有點阻路。

Classic comfy hotel
This is a nice hotel with great service and good bedroom yet the bathroom has some flaws ( the nosisy motor fan) but after a it's a beautiful classic hotel . By taxi from hotel to temini station is about 9 euros

Everything seems old The door make me concern about the safety problem I didn't open the window because it is winter and I concern of the safety So I can't feel enough fresh air and the air conditioner seems no work If you drink or smoke There is a small garden with chairs and table outside the rooms Feels quite good even I didn't use The staff have good service They spend times tell us many informations about our trip and and the cheapest way to our destination We feel so grateful for them But please check the closing time of those places you want to go and be careful of the public holiday (some places will be closed like vaticana) The staff did not mentioned, I think they may not know many about this We are forbidden to enter one hour before the closing time (colosseo) The hotel is quilt far away from the train station Please don't trust google map and we spend about 45 minutes walk from the train station And the public security make you feel bad even we go there in the morning

Bien dans l’ensemble !
Voici un exemple d’avis que vous pourriez rédiger : Points positifs : l’hôtel est plutôt correct dans l’ensemble, avec une salle de bain spacieuse et une chambre convenable. Points négatifs : malheureusement, j’ai été très dérangé par le bruit de ronflements provenant de la chambre voisine, audible tout au long de la nuit. Cela a considérablement affecté mon repos, ce qui est dommage. Une meilleure isolation sonore améliorerait l’expérience globale.

Rilassante centrale con alcune sfumature di grigio
Complessivamente, considerando la media degli hotel a Roma in questa fascia di hotel e prezzi, una buona esperienza. Ma con alcune sfumature di grigio. Stanza al piano terra a cui si accede dal cortiletto, ben messo e piacevole. Un plus. Arredo in parte ricercato ma non sempre comodo nella disposizione. Bagno classico non grande e con servizi e piastrelle un po' datate. Pulizia diciamo standard, non elevata (lo attesto con lo stato delle mie ciabatte alla fine della permanenza). Si sono viste delle formiche. Estremamente comodo il parcheggio interno gratuito (seppur piccolo),cosa rara per gli hotel in centro a Roma.

Hotel situato in una zona popolare di Roma, adatto a chi ha piacere di scoprire l'anima più verace della città. Het was een fijne locatie om korte dagen te blijven. Voor het reizen naar een drukke, gezellige plek moet je wel de bus(sen) pakken maar dat ging best goed. Iedereen was behulpzaam en vriendelijk!

I did my research and was still extremely disappoi
Review: I recently stayed this hotel in Rome, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations or images on this or several other sites. While the front desk team was professional, courteous, and did their best to be helpful, the overall experience left much to be desired. The hotel was within walking distance of the Colosseum and some restaurants and bars we thought we would try, but the neighborhood didn’t feel particularly safe, which made exploring the area a bit uneasy. The room itself was disappointingly small, with barely enough space to move around. The bathroom was even more cramped—turning around in the shower was a challenge. To make matters worse, the air conditioner wasn’t functioning. Although the outside temperature was only 75°F, the room was stuffy and uncomfortably warm, making it hard to relax or sleep. Adding to the discomfort, the bed was not only very hard but appeared dirty, to the point where we chose to sleep on top of towels rather than directly on the bedding. This experience was so uncomfortable that, despite having prepaid for multiple nights, we decided to check out after just one night. We moved to the Marriott Excelsior, which turned out to be a vastly superior experience in every way. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless changes are made to improve the comfort, cleanliness, and functionality of the rooms.

It’s so expensive for what does the hotel offer to you, the zone is not the most beautiful! But is near from the central Rome station. The rooms need to be remodeled, old furniture (specially the shower), looks in my particular opinion like a motel. But the service was so nice.
