Wir hatten uns einen etwas luxuriöseren Urlaub erhofft, wurden aber in mehreren Punkten enttäuscht. Gäste mit Zimmern in den Suiten werden hier deutlich bevorzugt – z. B. beim Zugang zum Restaurant. Unser erster Eindruck war nicht der beste: Auf dem Weg zum Zimmer begegneten uns sehr viele Tauben, deren Nester direkt über den Hotelzimmern liegen. In der ersten Nacht mussten wir sogar das Zimmer wechseln, da dort große Ameisen waren – leider ohne Entschuldigung vom Personal. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit des Personals (bis auf eine Ausnahme) und die ansprechend eingerichteten Zimmer. Die Anlage selbst könnte sauberer sein, wirkt aber insgesamt eher durchschnittlich statt luxuriös. Der Strand war für unseren Geschmack nicht besonders schön – eher kurz, steinig, mit wenig klarem Wasser. Zudem fliegen Flugzeuge regelmäßig recht nah über die Anlage hinweg – nicht extrem laut, aber spürbar. Als Vegetarier hätten wir uns im Buffet-Restaurant deutlich bessere Kennzeichnungen und mehr Auswahl gewünscht – häufig war nicht klar, was wirklich vegetarisch ist. Trotz allem hatten wir eine sonnige, erholsame Woche mit nettem Personal und guten Getränken. Besonders gut hat uns das tolle Abendprogramm gefallen!

Wie immer wundervoller Aufenthalt. Die Zimmeraustattung der Oceanfront Suiten könnte beizeiten mal erneuert werden, Die Terassenstühle der Suiten sind völlig ungeeignet. Die Lage der Zimmer , das tolle Personal (sowohl Zimmerreinigung als auch Restaurants wie auch alle Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption) lassen jeden möglichen Makel sofot in vergessenheit geraten. Tolle Anlage im generellen und super Staff, wir werden sicher gerne wiederkommen. Sollten die als erstes genannten Kleinigkeiten mal überarbeitet werden würden wir uns sicher freuen

Thought we would give this hotel a second chance following our first visit in 2018. First instance, reception staff were lovely and welcoming. We had a deluxe sea view room. The cleaners are definitely the heroes of the team. Whilst the room was clean, the decor and furnishings were tired. Shower was scratched and worn. Most alarming was the glass balcony only had 2 screws at one end!! We never had a hot meal. Always luke warm. It was like eating in a canteen. Nobody ever asked if we enjoyed the food. We have lost some weight for sure. If you were a custo.er of the deluxe pool rooms then you were lucky to have sampled the 2 onsite Restaurants, however people we spoke to said they were rushed. The Managers walk around but we never saw them engage with guests. Sat on phone in lobby area. Dirty scratched floor I wished I had never gone back and stuck to my own review from 2018. Definitely NOT 5 star 3/4 at best.

Strand: nicht schön, macht nicht an zum baden, grosse steine schmerzen sehr am Fuss, kein klares Wasser Atmosphäre: Unpersönlich , kalt und ohne griechischen Charme Sonnenliegen: sehr schmal, nicht bequem und alt, und es hat schlichtweg zu wenig , alle reservieren früh am morgen und dann hat es keine mehr, viel zu wenig schatten Essen: langweilig und ohne Abwechslung, immer ein riesen Trubel am buffet und alles sehr hektisch , qualitativ nicht sehr hochwertig Das Hotel wäre eigentlich sehr schön, aber schlichtweg zu gross, das all inclusive Angebot zieht die falschen Gäste an und macht alles kaputt, hier erlebt man den pauschal Touristen hautnah…. Eigentlich sehr schade!

Das Hotel ist wirklich aussergewöhnlich. Es fängt beim super Transfer bereits an. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber. Das Bestellen der Getränke an die Sonnenliege ist eine tolle Möglichkeit. Das Essen und der Service ist unschlagbar. Die Aussenanlage ist wunderbar. Alles in allem war es einer der schönsten Urlaube.

4 Nights in Rhodes, comfort bed, very friendly and accommodating staff. Buffet options vary daily and not bad for a buffet meal. Rooms a little dated and shower blocked, other than that minor hick up, everything else good. Great room with amazing view of the sunsets.

This hotel was very clean and professional. All of the workers were friendly and nice. We had a room with our own pool which was the best part about the resort. The resort and beach were always kept clean. The food was good as well.

We’ve just returned from a week at this resort and overall had a fantastic time. The standout for us was the excellent service – staff were consistently attentive, friendly, and eager to help. The atmosphere throughout the resort is quiet and very relaxing, which made it the perfect place to unwind. One of the real perks was the variety of dining options available for suite guests. Having access to several à la carte restaurants added a nice level of variety and quality to our stay. Our favourite by far was Milonges, the Greek restaurant, which offered delicious dishes in a lovely setting. However, it’s worth noting that if you’re not staying in a suite, dining in an à la carte restaurant is limited to once per stay leaving you with the buffet only on all other days, which might get repetitive. On the downside, the drinks were underwhelming for a 5-star resort. Cocktails were mostly pre-made with a limited selection, which was a bit disappointing. Another minor issue was the cleanliness of the pools. Even the private pools had a visible build-up of sunscreen around the edges, which could be improved. That said, these were small issues in what was otherwise a wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We’d definitely recommend this resort to others – especially suite guests – and would happily return in the future!

Excellent location, short shuttle bus ride to Rhodes Old Town, or a 15 minute taxi ride. Beautiful hotel, and amazing staff. 2 staff members in particular really made our stay more enjoyable. Eugene in the restaurant, who regularly served us, was very friendly and great to have a bit of a chat with. Razvan, who was regularly bringing us drinks to the beach was also brilliant. Always seemed very happy and also great to have a chat with when he had a spare minute. Both of these guys deserve full recognition of the great service they were providing. They really helped making our holiday that much better.
