位置不錯！服務態度親切的一間飯店！會讓人覺得像回家一樣！

就在百花教堂旁！非常好尋找！雖然飯店內的設備並不是很新！但是飯店內的所有工作人員都非常在乎環境衛生！讓人會覺得好像回家的感覺！非常謝謝夜間工作的櫃臺先生！總是不厭其煩的替我們解決旅行上需要解決的問題！讓我們在旅行中留下許多美好的回憶！謝謝你們！值得推薦的好飯店！

The washroom is extremely small

The washroom is extremely small. Not good for shower. The old lady is rude but the guy are nice to us when we check in

位置極佳

The location of the hotel is superb. Most of the main attractions and shopping are around the block. The train station is 10 minutes away by walking. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room size is relatively big compared to most of the hotels in Europe. Bathroom is well equipped only except for the small shower space. The mattress is a bit soft but it is a matter of preference. We hear the bell from the Duomo every morning at 7 am which is the "bell from heaven". We will definitely stay again in our next visit.

Very well situated and reasonably priced. The only complaint I have - the shower stall was very small so when washing you keep hitting water off handle. Also, shampoo at the dispenser run out and was not refilled when the room got serviced.

The air conditioner was set for 75 degrees And you can't control the thermostat. The air would work for about 1min and then it would turn off for about 5mins. It was very uncomfortable

One of the best in Florence.

My stay was excellent. I would highly recommend The Benivieni Hotel. It is not the Ritz, but it was clean good hot water and the location was perfect. I will also add that the cafe located in the hotel was Excellent. The American coffee was the best in all of Florence. Great people and accommodations.
