Nice room decent rate but they make you walk through the entire casino to get to the room elevators. Not surprising for a casino but still obnoxious and inconvenient. Riverside room has fantastic views of Detroit skyline.

Josh Ross concert
We stayed because we attended the Josh Ross concert on site. The line to check in was very long but they had every window open and the line moved quick. The staff were all very friendly. Our room was huge, clean and comfortable with a view of the river. At first the bed didn’t feel like it would be very comfortable but actually was and we slept great. However, the sheets were not soft at all. The walls are also thin so we could clearly hear the people next to us and in the hall. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Health club closed
Health club closed, was not notified at time of booking, and stilll charged a 25$ resort fee. Booked this hotel and tower specifically for this reason, after a 4 hour drive from Toronto you just want to relax in the pool and hotub but NOPE, not here. I understand maintenance is required at time, but you need to compensate your guest during those times, notify them in advance, or at the very least waive the damn resort fee since you cannot use the resort. They told me resort fee also includes water (free), internet (we all got it already, so free), & in room coffee (no thanks).

Treated poorly for not booking with Cesar's. Pool closed and was not notified with time to change reservation. Treated poorly when we asked for a wine bottle opener- was told we should pack what we need and a hotel doesn't want us to drink outside wine.
