Do NOT recommend
Worst hotel ever. No room service as listed. Door to room didn’t lock. The walls were so thin you could hear everything. We ended up going to another hotel. I have never had to do that ever.

We arrived as the corona virus scare was ramping up. As we entered the lobby, the stairs and surfaces in front of us were damp and smelling of bleach, plus there was a hand sanitizing auto-dispenser right there. Having just left a conference at Atlantic City where our hotel had made no apparent acknowledgement of anything unusual happening, it was a delight to see how much attention the Grand Estonian staff were giving this! Our room was, as always, spotless, quiet, spacious and comfortable!

Nice historic building but not a great experience.
We booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool but when we arrived, were told it was out of service for the weekend. There was also a wedding going on in the lobby which was a bit odd. And our room was nice but was in a strange layout-under the stairway and loud because it was close to the wedding reception.

The suites were huge and we had a great view. Pool was fun for kids and location couldn't be beat. Staff was very nice.

90% of a perfect stay
Front desk staff was fantastic, location was great, overall condition of the hotel was good, but the Heating/Air conditioning wasn’t working correctly in our room and it made for an uncomfortably warm night. Everything was good aside from that.

Perfection
From check-in to check-out, awesome. Great location, superb service, beautiful old building with great character but also updated. Pool was fabulous. The best part was the little soup/sandwich place on first floor.
