Really average for a four star hotel
The location is very close to Ataturk Airport,but there is no such advantage after relocating to the new airport.It is near the convention center,the surrounding area is very desolate and far from the city centre,but the subway is very convenient.
The room looks a bit old and small,yet,still clean and tidy.What really surprised me was the double room for two people only provides a small bottle of drinking water,toiletries and slippers for one person.The air conditioner in the room can't adjust the temperature and air volume.As a four star standard hotel,there is no tea maker in the room,only the cool drinks in the minibar can be enjoyed.Drinking hot drinks must go downstairs to the bar,all the services here are charged and expensive.During the two days of stay,there was no housekeeping to supplement any items in the room.You must first find them and speak the room number to get the toiletries you need,this really opened my eyes.
The buffet is good but not that outstanding.To be honest,unlike the hotel management who say buffet breakfast menu complies with the international brand standards,you won't find a variety of hot and cold dishes or omelets.Maybe my stay is too short for them to change dishes.Their services are also not very well,especially the buffet waiter,feeling like you owe him a lot of debt,not friendly at all.
Overall, I don't recommend staying at this Wow Airport Hotel,it is only suitable for guests who are arranged by the airline due to flight delays.
