Very nice hotel, clean room, amazing breakfast. Staff are so helpful and very nice to talk too. Good location, amazing pool and easy access to the beach.

Room was spacious and clean and in good condition. Staff were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was ok, could have been more fresh fruit etc… Pool was great, large and four options and a beautiful view. Dinner was quite poor, food was often cold or at best lukewarm, really disappointing. Included for us as half board but otherwise £40pp which was extortionate given the quality.

En tant que chef d’entreprise, j’ai l’habitude de voyager dans de nombreux hôtels, mais rarement j’ai vécu une expérience aussi exceptionnelle. Je ne connaissais pas encore Taghazout et je recherchais le calme et la tranquillité. J’y ai trouvé un véritable havre de paix. L’équipe du Hilton m’a accueilli comme un roi, avec une attention et une gentillesse remarquables. Un immense merci à M. Abdallah, un responsable d’une grande humanité et d’un professionnalisme exemplaire. À Moustapha, le majordome, pour sa disponibilité et son sens du détail. Au restaurant, AbdelMajid et Abdelilah qui vous conseillent avec passion sur les plats et les cocktails. Et bien sûr M. Jamel à l’accueil, qui connaît la région comme personne et saura vous organiser des découvertes magnifiques. J’ai d’ailleurs tenu à partager des photos de ces personnes exceptionnelles, car elles le méritent pleinement. Merci à toute l’équipe du Hilton Taghazout pour ce séjour inoubliable — un lieu que je recommande sans hésiter à tous ceux qui recherchent excellence, sérénité et hospitalité marocaine.

Lovely stay in Taghazout, make water FOC

We had a lovely family stay at Hilton Taghazout. Enjoyed both the hotel facilities, beach and the surrounding area. I have one small gripe. If you are on a half board meal plan then I would expect water to be free at dinner. It wasn't and the cost in comparison to buying water from a supermarket was around 17 times the price. I found this annoying and this actually discouraged me from spending on other drinks.

Séjour très agréable…à la réception nous avons été accueillis par El Hassane qui est d’une douceur et gentillesse inégalable…la chambre, la piscine le personnel est très agréable dans l’ensemble…. Un petit bémol sur le service du soir au restaurant Anaw…on est livré à nous même….une fois installé pas de couverts ni de verre il faut réclamer 2 fois avant d’être servi…et aussi à peine fini de manger qu’on vous retire l’assiette sale c’est limite « dégagez vite ».aussi j’ai consommé 3canettes lors du repas que je n’ai pas payer sur place mais je pensais payer le lendemain matin mais à 23h alors que je dormais on m’a appelé pour payer et les serveuses se sont même déplacés à ma chambre pour que je paye les canettes. C’est franchement abusé Mais sinon agréable séjour dans l’ensemble

This is not a five-star hotel. There aren't enough pool loungers because the hotel allows day passes, and the pools get crowded with kids. Room service only did a partial cleanup and didn’t change the towels until the next day, even after we called. Breakfast was good on the weekend, but on Monday morning, we were served leftovers and the food wasn’t fresh. The staff is very friendly but service is very slow.

Escapade à Taghazout

Excellent séjour dans un hôtel très bien situé, à deux pas de la belle plage de Taghazout. La gastronomie est raffinée, avec des plats locaux et internationaux parfaitement exécutés. Mention spéciale au personnel, toujours attentif, souriant et professionnel. Mes remerciments principalment à Soukaina et à Ayman ! Une adresse à recommander sans hésitation !”

The property was nice and clean with great views and amenities. The service however was pathetic. Very unlike hiltons I have stayed at around the world. The staff were terrible, un professional and rude. The service was ZERO. Ordered things to my room which took several hours (and days in some cases! e.g. carry cot, charger plug, fresh towels, food etc). Ordered food at pool side for the kids and even though it was extremely overpriced, the order was never completely delivered. The desserts were not served despite 3 reminders and ultimately we just had to head to the room as the kids had had enough. The worst situation was that we ordered a cab via reception to go to Marrakech and half way through, the driver stopped the car in the middle of nowhere and demanded full payment from us! We were not willing to pay to him at that point as we had no assurance that he will take us to the destination in Marrakech as agreed. We called Hilton and they forced us to pay the driver at that point. My wife and I along with our 3 kids were literally held hostage until we paid the full money or else the driver will not move. We thought of involving the police and the British embassy at one point and then just thought in the essence of time we will just pay the money he and hilton are demanding and hope he just gets us to our destination. I have not encountered such a situation ever in any foreign country despite booking a taxi from a reputable hotel. It was shocking. Never visiting again!

Ok, not astonishing.

Having stayed in Hilton’s around the world, plus the photos of this hotel and location, prompted me to book this for 5 nights. It was to switch off and do nothing but lie by the pool and relax. I gave the overall rating as ok for a few reasons. Staff were welcoming and friendly and happy to help but there appeared to be an odd hierarchy as to who could/would help, and those who were directed to help weren’t necessarily given the tools to do so. The room was large, clean and modern, oddly for 2 people we were only ever provided with one of anything- water, glass, robe, chairs in outside seating area, so we had to ask for more. Some of the amenities were worn- towels were frayed and sometimes stained. There were no amenities in the bathroom except the standard shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The team member responsible for cleaning on our floor seemed to be left alone with no assistance meaning room cleaning sometimes didn’t happen until we were getting ready to go for dinner and using the bathroom, this was disappointing as one of the perks of holiday is having a refreshed room from earlier in the day. I don’t feel management was particularly supportive to the staff. Food was decent. The weekend was not relaxing as the hotel offers a day pass for people wanting to pay to use the facilities, this meant the pool got super busy and loud, with some staff clearly favouring friends from the area- one of the pool team tried to take our umbrella for a mate- not ideal.
