Terrible
Apt was NOT clean and clearly suffered water damage. We were so uncomfortable that we even refused to shower there. I had a hard time sleeping in the bed… not only was it hard… it creaked…. And there was no top sheet so it felt unclean using the comforter. Blinds were not fully functional and locks on doors were missing….as well as the actual master door.

First issue was the price on expedia vs the price at check out. There is high additional fees which almost doubled the price. This is trickery to make the price seem appealing when searching for stays. I booked a lot on expedia, there is never this much additional fees. Rip off. Then the host was not responsive until the day off. Even though it said contact 24hrs before for check in info which i did. When the host finally responded on the day off, i had already arrived in town, he said check in at 5!! And check in info will be sent at 330. Too late and i had nowhere to go. Check in should be at 4 as a standard. I ended up flying back and didnt even check in. My money was gone of couse. Horrible experience. Dont book it.

Arrived after midnight due to flight delay. Room was not available anymore bacause they said they tried to call at 9:30 PM ( while I was in the plane). Staff was annoyed and rude! After 1/2 hour in the lobby back and forth they offered a room. We went in that room just to find it not made up. Bed sheet’s were used and tossed on the floor. Bathroom towels all dirty and used and on the floor. Basically a room that had not been turned over. Brought this to the front desk staff’s attention and the reaction was that I should just ise that room for one night and them switch the next day. Absolutely unacceptable!! We have left and got a room at a different Hotel. Yo top it off, the security depaoit they took was not released and no refund was given! Stay clear of this place!!!! Expedia should take this one out of their system!! I spend North of 75.000 Cad a year on Travel and accommodation but this has been by far the worst experience!

This property is situated in a great location and so easy to get to wherever you want. The pool has a great view of the CN Tower and great in good weather. Communication was good and had no issues at all. The only slight issue is there is nowhere to store luggage at property if you have a late fli3but that wouldn't put me off. Would happily stay here again.

We had an amazing time in the apartment, the localization was awesome, we've stayed at 3rd floor, we was expecting higher but the windows didn't let the noise from the streets come into the apartment so even to rest the apartment was really good.

The property isn’t made to be rented. They don’t care about how you’re doing or doing anything to help when there is a problem. My key fob stopped working after the first night and the front desk told us what was going on and they wouldn’t do anything about it and our stuff was not obtainable. When I called they said please deal with it and it will be fixed the next day, and said the same thing the next day, and the next day. It got so annoying and bad we cut our trip early and have not heard anything about reimbursement after asking multiple times.

It was a great suite other than the microwave, and dishwasher being broken, and that I found the bath towels in the dryer still. if you're from the States make sure you inform your bank or credit card company that you will be traveling. My card wouldn't let me pay the refundable deposit. Thankfully the company was able to send someone to get cash. Hopefully I get refunded

Very good service and communication. Easy booking and check in. Walkable from Toronto City Airport. Only took me 20 mins. Never had to taxi anywhere. Was in for the Jays games so it was super close. Lots of good eating and bars close by. Will be booking for future travels as well.
