Good hotel with top class breakfast
The hotel is located in a nice place close to Bari. The room was clean, well equipped and warm. They upgraded us to a better room. Everything was very good and as expected for a 4 star hotel. One item that stands out is the top class breakfast. Best breakfast of our travel where we stayed in 7 hotels. Maybe even our best breakfast in Italy.

This hotel is beautiful and staff was super friendly. Everything was clean and property kept up. Breakfast had a good variety nothing fancy but a little bit of everything. Only downfall is location is away from city center so catching a cab a little pricey.... I would definitely stay here again

Väldigt trevligt ställe vid havet med stort trädgårdsutrymme. Däremot låg restaurangen i en annan byggnad. Den marknadsförde sig som fiskrestaurang men hade bara bläckfisk. Det slutade med hamburgare vilket kändes så trist. Även dålig service. Bo gärna på hotellet men ät någon annanstans

Good sized room and bathroom and very clean. Next to the beach with a nice pool. Conveniently located close to the aimport and a 25 min drive to old Bari. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were each offered a generous breakfast to go for our early departure. Definitely a 👍

The ocean access is great but the facilities are old and worn out. It’s a resort so they will try to squeeze out every cent out of you. Only one receptionist was polite (a bald man with tattoos) and professional. The rest were rude and dismissive, they wouldn’t even look up or make eye contact. I asked for some food at the bar and the barista got offended that she got it wrong and blamed me for it, then spoke to me like I was stupid as if I couldn’t properly communicate in English. Mistakes happen, but one has to know to be gracious to accept them.

The room was modernized and very clean. The daily breakfast was well organized with a good selection. The hotel felt overly subdued in that there were no live entertainment. We did not see any staff or people out by the pool or at the beach. While we understand that it’s off season, it would be nice to have coffee and bar service in the middle part of the day. The hotel needs new carpet and landscaping. A lot of dead vegetation and shrubs.

GEEN 4 sterren waard, misschien een 2+
Klantvriendelijkheid ontbreekt, spreken alleen Italiaans en laten Italianen bij alles voorgaan. Foto’s zijn mooier als in het echt. Vieze vloerbedekking.

Pricy and old hotel close to airport
Just one night after late arrival to Bari airport. The air condition in the room did not work. The room felt like a sauna. Not value for money. Breakfast and check out was good.

Hotellet ligger flere kilometer fra nærmeste by. Det er absolutt ingenting i området rundt. Om du liker å betale €3 hver dag for såkalt service per pers. på hotellets restaurant, så værsågod! De reklamerer med en strand, den er bitteliten. Resten av strandområdet består av klipper, du må klatre ned i sjøen.. ikke sælig sjarmerende. Hotellet er en resort, her får du ikke følelse av ekte Italia, legg heller turen din innom et lite hotell i en nærliggende by. Vårt opphold endte med hotellbytte.

Among all the staff only 2 people gave us good service, the reception Rosella and Ana Maria, the rest of the staff doesn't speak English and doesn't bother to try communicating as I could speak some Italian but big difference on treatment if you are Italian.
