Surpassed my expectations
For the price, it was very nice, clean and more spacious than most high dollar hotels. The heat works great if you get cold and the bed was so comfortable, my partner and I always have the hardest time sleeping, but not during our stay here! The biggest plus is the convenience store below, they have all the essentials in case you forgot something on your trip. We’re definitely coming here again!

Disappointed
I looked for pet friendly with that filter chosen. When I checked in the asked the gentleman if he gave us a King Pet friendly room and he said yes. When going to our room another gentleman stopped us and said they didn’t allow pets. I had paid and asked the question twice, and was told yes. An argument started and I was furious. The guy finally said we could stay. But why it’s not pet friendly is beyond me, it’s all concrete floors and really pretty basic. Nothing fancy or special. They can speak very little English and lack people skills. I cannot recommend due to our treatment and it’s not wonderful as the rating showss

This place is a wonderful place to stay. It's most definitely different, staying at a truck stop, but it is surprisingly nice and very roomy. I booked here for a business trip, and will absolutely stay here again, and will encourage my team members to stay here as well.

No Brainer - STAY HERE!
I can never say enough good things about this place. The staff super friendly and helpful and the room are always very clean and beds are so comfortable! I made a mistake this last time and only booked one night instead of 2 and hey put us in an apartment for the 2nd night as they were 100% booked which is on the other side of the building which you would never know they even had! They are just so accommodating and love the rooms! They are concrete floors also so you never hear the room next door and you never have a room right acres the hall either. They have truck stop attached for gifts and goodies and a small arcade, an IHOP restaurant and an amazing liquor store to with lots of unique things! Did I mention it is half the price or close to it than anything else in the same town!?!

Check the locks
The room’s electronic keycard access lock on the door was the only lock for the room. The inside deadbolt was inoperable and there was no other locking mechanism for the occupant to secure the room from the inside. There was also no peep hole and no documentation for evacuation posted in the room. Was told this could not be fixed and that I was technically safe. Ignoring the legal points, which they did not seem to understand, I did not feel safe. They had no other room available, could not find me other accommodations elsewhere. Did get a refund. The lack of basic legal locking mechanism overshadowed the very clean and nice accommodations.

New TV system is a MUST.
Not a bad place to stay for a night. Kind of odd in that the hotel rooms are located above a truck stop/travel store. The bed was clean and comfy. The floors were just painted concrete, again different, and some areas looked dirty in the room. Our biggest complaint was the TV system. There was no way to see any live local channels or live sporting events. It as a very strange cable programing system. We were there on a September Saturday afternoon and evening stay and we could NOT watch any of the college football games in this room. We even had the IT/maintenance employee to try and figure it out....no one there knew how to get live stations and event tv coverage at this hotel. We even talked with the manager that checked us in at the desk. This is not good for return business and needs to be corrected.

We were not sure what to think when we first tried this hotel but were quickly at ease from the friendly staff to the clean rooms and the quality of the rooms. Yes, they have concrete floors which was off putting at first but the beds are amazing, they add some little treats to make you feel welcome, amazing shower and smart tv's so you can watch pretty much anything! It is also nice to have the truck stop right below you and a separate liquor store should you decide on needing food or drink. The "Party" Store" is a great even if you do not drink that often as they have a huge variety of things I had never seen before. Great place to get unique gifts! 10 out of 10. This was our 2nd stay here and did not disappoint! We will be back in 2 weeks and won't even think of staying anywhere else which we have also tried.
