It’s is an older hotel so it is a little outdated. But it is very clean and the staff are extremely friendly. I really enjoyed my stay. As far as safety, the front gate is looked with only guess access so I did feel safe. All in all I will recommend for a solo trip if you want to be in the condado area and not pay the condado priced.

Is a good place to stay for like day or two. More for sleep and shower. Location is everything . And the price is great . But I notice people complaining about everything, please don't expect Ritz Carlton facilities for a motel price.

Worst hotel in Puerto Rico

Hotel in Condado, the nicest are in San Juan, this hotel does not deserve to be in this area, Hotels.com needs to stop offering this nasty hotel, it is a lie and a rip off, it looks nice from the outside but once you see the rooms you are totally disappointed, room was old, dirty and outdated, windows sealed, we felt claustrophobic, bed gave us back pain Staff not helpful at all during check in while raining just sat there and watch us haul our luggage, no cover entrance up to the “check in area”, door kept closing and getting soaking wet and had to wait for staff to buzz it open , but lady at the desk made sure to tell us what the charges were Tourism Puerto Rico’s Department needs to shot down this hotel

Stay Away!! You’ve been warned!!!

Stay away from this dump! Do not take your family to this place. If you are arriving later at night, book elsewhere. No one at hotel for checkin. Had to go find alternate office for checkin and no one there either. Finally someone came after having to make multiple phone calls. Checkin was hours long process. Finally got to room to get settled very late. Room was dirty, stained sheets, moldy crud in “kitchen” sink. Politely asked day desk clerk for extra 30 minutes for checkout since our checkin was so horrible and late. I got yelled at and was told I have to follow the rules and was rudely refused. I explained the checkin nightmare and I got yelled at some more.

This property need a lot improvement especially when it comes to the guest safety! The area around is shady and make you feel uncomfortable the minute you get there. I couldn’t sleep comfortably for few nights . Different person show up only early in the morning then leave tilt the next day!☹️during the day especially night time no one was there and everything was dark and Isolated.i used to communicate one or twice with the people cleaning around the place! Please spend few dollars more and stay in Condado hotel for your safety.
