Sporty, clean, affordable Waikiki hotel
This is a relatively affordable little gem of a hotel in one of the world's most famous vacation destinations: Waikiki, Honolulu, Hawaii. While not as opulent as some of the pricey resorts, the Outrigger Paradise is welcoming, very clean, with a spacious, pleasantly updated island lobby and room decor. The cleanliness of our room was excellent, the room linens were clean, light and crisp. The pool towels were a bit meh and could probably use an upgrade, the pool itself was clean and appeared well maintained. Our room had two queen beds and they were VERY comfortable, good quality mattresses. I think it would be nicer to put two chairs and a small drink table on the lanai so you could sit and enjoy with a friend, ours had one chair. Our bathroom was somewhat small, but the use of space was good. However, with such limited counter space, I think installing more wall hooks or foldable shelves would be a great addition in terms of functionailty. If you are looking for a clean and welcoming place and are not worried about super luxurious pampering, this is a great choice! I would describe this hotel as: clean, great location, sporty, modern, affordable.
