A wonderful stay at Mason de Los Poetas.

Todo excelente,solo.elevador inicia en primer piso
Todo muy bien! Personal muy amable, desayuno muy rico y suficiente, muy limpio. Muy céntrico . Solo que para llegar a las habitaciones tienes que subir forzosamente unas escaleras, ya que el elevador inicia en el primer piso, en nuestro caso fue el único inconveniente, cabe mencionar que el personal muy amable nos ofreció el elevador de servicio que ese sí inicia desde la recepción solo que para llegar a él tienes que salir del hotel y caminar al menos 50 mts. Solo en caso de no poder subir escaleras pues si es algo a considerar. Fuera de eso todo excelente.

Family vacation
The hotel was in a good spot, the only down side was no parking. I need to park my car in another place. Was a private lot, but overall the hotel was clean , nice , food was good and employees was very nice. Close to everything.

Amazing Stay
Stayed in Guanajuato for 1 night and my stay at El Meson de Los Poetas was amazing. Beautiful hotel and amazing customer service and hospitality. There was hot water, an extra warm blanket, and the bed was spacious and comfortable. Walkable to the main sites and perfectly situated next to a coffee shop which I highly recommend. Hotel offered luggage storage free of charge after check-out and called taxi service when it was time to depart. I felt safe and comfortable. I grew up visiting Guanajuato with family and I love it every time. I will stay here again next time I spend the night in Guanajuato.

Impressed!
The hotel was very clean. I like the quirkiness of the layout and the atypical design. It had a fun atmosphere. It was a good price for a nice size room. The staff were friendly and helpful. This was in a good location in walking distance to museums, restaurants, shopping and other attractions.

We loved this unusual hotel. The rooms were like in a maze. Lots of character. The only slight drawback was that the safe in my room was not working. Otherwise we had a lovely time.

Lo que mas me gusto: La ubicacion del hotel permitia acceder facilmente a puntos de interes y eventos durante el Festival. La atencion del personal muy cordial. Lo que podria mejorar: En la habitacion hay decoracion antigua, cuadros que parece que te observan y no me senti comoda por momentos. Se escucha las conversaciones que se tienen en recepcion.

That staff was wonderful and hospitable. Everyone from the front desk, waiter on the restuarant, and bell staff all went out of there way to make our stay comfortable. Also, the rooms were clean and the location was good.
