Horribly musty smell in the room upon arrival that never went away. Overdue for some new paint and updates to furniture. Chair had old stains on it. Not even a cup to rinse your mouth out after brushing teeth. Holes in walls and stains and dust in corners. Dine place to sleep for six hours after a concert. Great location for concerts and access to downtown. Free parking is great. Trash needed picked up in the parking lot. Super friendly and welcoming staff for both arrival and departure.

Worst hotel I have ever been to. This place makes Motel 6 seem like a 5 star resort. Everything was broken. Again everything and extremely dirty. Fire alarm was missing no lights in the bathroom. Not sure how the Denver health department even allows this place to stay open.

Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet hôtel. La propreté est à revoir (sol collant, trace dans les toilettes, poussière importante...). Le logement le plus sale de notre voyage aux USA (et pourtant nous ne sommes pas difficiles..). Infrastructures délabrées et vitre de la chambre cassée. Le seul point Positif est la proximité avec le centre ville (20 mn d'Union Square) et le parking gratuit.

Place needs a lot of updates. Room was ok but windows screwed shut. Door had big gap at bottom. Breakfast was lame toast and cereal wow. Pool was run down and not open.

Staff is wonderful. Front desk is fast and efficient. Greg & Maria are awesome. The day crew is great as well. House keeping is always nice& courteous. Would be cool if there was a pool. Nice comfortable stay all in all. Thank you.
