The place is good and the restaurant just next to it is very great as well. The thing made us very disappointed and angry is we found our door was keep opened while we went back. I went down immediately and talked to the front desk, he just said that is not because of his problem and he criticized maybe we forget to close the door. I have to bring him up to our room and show him the details. We are 4 girls and we did not touch anything once we saw this situation. He seems not believe us and keep asking the door is closed or not while we are back. He saw us come back and we all say "Hola" to him then go up and I went down to front desk less than 3 mins cause we lived at 1/F. He seems got short memory and not sure we are just come back.
We checked all our stuffs and nothing lost. Finally, he just replied us that he has checked the CCTV and found that just because of the worker cleaning the room forgot to close the door. (full stop)
We left the room for more than 8 hours and really don't know what happened in this period of time and we are so upset on this reply as well.
