The staff and location amazing. I think the only thing that kind of ruined the stay, was food, food was extremely expensive and bad quality, especially for a city with so many options. I tried breakfast, and next day gave another chance for dinner, totally disappointed on both. I think it is a big chance to improve if not on price, but on food quality, at least.

Great hotel.

From the beginning of my stay to till the very end of my stay all the staff there was really friendly knowledgeable and most off all made me, my fiance and friends feel safe. The hotel is very clean and offer cleaning service every morning. Every time I needed something they were so attentive to satisfying my needs. The rooftop bar staff always greeted us and made sure we were taken care of and made amazing drinks. The security and taxi service was also great and trust worthy always giving us a lot of information and history on the city. I would definitely stay here again. Also food from the restaurant was really good as well.

Please stay away from this hotel. The location is great because it’s like 20 mins walking distance to Centro Historico. The service at this place is the worst. Everything looks like it’s falling apart and not clean. There was a whole issue when we got there, we didn’t get the room we had reserved, apparently because of the “system”. The bathroom in our room stinky, molding and dirty. I had to tell the cleaning lady to please change the shower curtain and to please clean it. Some of the staff members acted or treated you like YOU owed them money, not friendly. There only 2 staff member that were so nice and friendly, I didn’t get their names or so I would put their names here and thanked them for their help. This hotel is not what they portrayed on the website or expedia. They need better organization, knowledge about their “system” and put more love to that property because it does need a lot fixing. My stayed was not pleasant so I do give it 1 star

Mi estancia fue decepcionante. El piso estaba desnivelado y la puerta mal ajustada, dejando un espacio que generaba inseguridad. El baño olía mal y tenía muy poca iluminación. En los pasillos, los parches de madera chuecos daban una imagen descuidada. El hotel requiere urgente mantenimiento.

Infelizmente o quarto que fiquei hospedado estava com muita poeira no chão do quarto e o banhiro não tinha uma boa ventilação, contando apenas com uma cortina para separar o local de banho com as demais areas do banheiro, apos o banho por mais que coloque a cortina da forma correta o chão do banheiro fica inteiramente molhado. (ao menos a agua fica restrita apenas no banheiro). Por conta de alguns detalhes achei a estadia um pouco cara para o nivel do hotel, apesar do hotel ser muito bem localizado.
