When I was checking in, the staff member asked for my name and requested that I spell it out. However, when I reached the second letter, he commented that my accent was very strong and that he couldn’t understand what I was saying. I am an Asian living in the UK, and my work requires me to communicate entirely in English, so I generally have no major difficulties in conversation.
