Much about this hotel is excellent—5-star, but not everything. The staff operates at an international top level, truly 5+ stars. We were shocked on our first day to find a queue with a waiting list for breakfast. However, we spoke with Pam, who is in charge, and she did everything she could to rectify the situation. Throughout our stay, she showed great dedication to ensuring our satisfaction. The same goes for Raymund and Valent—care transformed into action at the highest level!
The issue is that the breakfast area is too small to accommodate the large number of guests who often arrive at the same time, especially on rainy days.
What else is outstanding? The beach, the spa offerings, the gym, and the beautifully maintained gardens.
The biggest downside was the room, which appears to have never been renovated since the hotel was built about 30 years ago. Additionally, it was noticeably damp, had a faint musty odor, and showed clear signs of mold on the bathroom ceiling. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel, regardless of its star rating.
