El lugar está muy cómodo, las habitaciones están remodeladas y cuenta con todos los servicios, el restaurante sirve buena comida y los precios están razonables, no le doy la calificación de excelente por el hecho de que actualmente el acceso al hotel está en reparación y si es un poco complicado y la playa tiene muchas piedras para poder llegar al mar, pero una vez que las pasas, está tranquila y con poca profundidad

El servicio y atención de los empleados fue excelente sin embargo las condiciones de la villa que nos asignaron fue "deprimente". Anticuada, en malas condiciones, baños sucios/descuidados, electrodomésticos viejos, toallas viejas y rotas, la playa llena de piedras, el acceso al agua muy dificil, nuestra intención era quedarnos todo el dia en el hotel para disfrutar de las instalaciones y la playa, definitivamente no fue posible, tuvimos que movernos hacia Nuevo Vallarta para disfrutar de la playa y el hotel solo lo usamos para dormir, fue una gran decepción.

We had a great stay here we were in a newer room jr classic suite which was large with a very nice ocean facing balcony. There is no elevator but staff assisted with carrying our luggage to the room, buildings have 3 floors and we were on the 2nd floor. Had a wonderful 5 days here at the end of our stay in Mexico.

Save your money and go anywhere else. The staff is not helpful and lacks enough English to understand simple requests. Beach is VERY rocky and not close unless you walk the beach. Food is terrible and service is slow. Such a disappointment.

Las instalaciones de alberca y restaurante están en perfectas condiciones, la playa está horrible, la habitación que nos tocó era vieja, el aire acondicionado hacia un ruido horrible; al abrir la llave del agua caliente en uno de los baños se escuchaba un ruido horrible en toda la tubería desde el baño hasta la cocina. La cocina daba asco y los utensilios que había eran viejos y estaban en muy mal estado. Lo único rescatable fue el servicio de la chicas de la palapa, muy amables y siempre al pendiente de que nuestra estancia fuera agradable.

This hotel has beautiful views and rating the hotel in this state.. its a tired place. It is undergoing renovations so it will be difficult to rate. The street leading to it is awful too but it.promises to be better once sll the new build and renovations are complete. The beach is okay. A lot.of stones and pebbles. The.room was huge and comfortable but not sure what final renovations will be. The tv didn't work for two hours and they won't enter your room do. I spend two hours of a perfectly beautuful day because we like to watch TV in the evening. The staff is wonderful, food is good. It's okay for a couple of days for now.
