Amazing property! Amazing staff! Everything was perfect! We stayed in the pool villa and it was wonderful. We did not want to leave! The small beaches on the property were beautiful. Would definitely stay here again! They were on top of everything and so accommodating! Amazing!

We booked a grand villa with ocean view and an infinity pool and it was wonderful! The view was stunning (we saw dolphins from our pool)! And there is so much green and wonderful stones nearby. We had the villa 309 which is the furthest one and it was a wonderful 5 min walk to the restaurant. The food was delicious! I am lactose intolerant and it wasn‘t a problem at all! The avocado bagel and the mimosas in the morning were sooo good! Absoluty recommended!

The property is absolutely divine. Not too big and never felt overcrowded and the villas are spacious and private, also very comfortable and modern. Older property but excellent upkeep. Rustic and tropical and just one with nature. Whenever there was an issue and usually something simple like a blown bulb it was sorted right away. The staff are extremely attentive and friendly always going above and beyond to ensure our experience was world class! From the special anniversary dinner to the private dining experience, the curation of our island experience, the early check in and the late check out. Even the several brews of ginger lemon honey and rum provided when we were under the weather made our stay so personable and accommodating and just so absolutely blissful!!!! Congratulations to the team and our deepest gratitude for making our getaway so special and memorable. Much love to you all!!!!

My partner and me were really happy apart of some misunderstandings with the reception desk members and that we could be seriously injured and run over by a worker with the buggie because he was driving too fast and with no attention. The manager never gave us an apology or anything at all. Anyway, the hotel is beautiful and very clean. Restaurant members were incredible kind and helpful. We will come back.

Lots of charcater

This is a truly unique and historical hotel. For those who want a sterile and uniform Hilton experience, look elsewhere. You can feel that the hotel has been around for a long time but kept it's character, which is something we appreciated more then a over renovated modern hotel. I stay there for two days I really like the room. The room is beautiful and clean and it’s big and with the swimming pool is amazing for a picture. The stuff is all right one thing I don’t like it the food the breakfast is really limited. It’s only egg and bread but the server at the breakfast please it’s amazing they’re friendly they give you options. Specially, precious we thank you overall it good I will give them 4 stars

Harassed by reception staff

The service at the hotel couldn’t have been worse. Each time we dialed to get room service, the line was busy. When we did get ahold of them, they didn’t respond to the service. In room dining was extremely overpriced and terrible. The selection was also poor in the restaurants. The restaurant staff were the only nice employees. Those at the front desk and reception were not. Upon checkout, we were told to head to the “smaller” office near the next. When we arrived (walking, though we asked for a cart and one wasn’t available), we were told we had an outstanding balance and they couldn’t charge us at that desk. They requested we walk (they couldn’t reach the person with the cart) down to reception to settle the bill and take our bags with us. This is in 80+ degree weather and we had to catch a ferry so we didn’t have time. We told them to charge the card on file and left to catch our ferry. Just after we left, Anna at reception sent me threats on WhatsApp and called me to tell me that she would inform immigration and I wouldn’t be able to leave the island. She sent a barrage of messages, which I didn’t see while driving. When I responded I asked her to send me a bill via email and I would settle it. She emailed me a PDF bill with no link for payment. Hours later she finally sent a link with a notification that she has put an alert with immigration. This all was within just hours of us departing and asking them to charge the card. We were harassed. I will never return.

The resort is nice.The people are extremely friendly the only thing that could have been better was the sea view the trees could have been trimmed more to get that view even better. Bring ear plugs the birds are really loud in the morning
