Loved it! Super clean and an amazing hidden gem. The room was very spacious and the amenities were great. Great attention to detail. Loved the location and the staff were very friendly. Love the open plan hallways and the keyless entry into rooms. Was amazing, will definitely come back! Only two things to raise: 1) the pool had a strange smell at points in a localised area (around the changing room), nothing we couldn’t handle, but enough to notice 2) the pool isn’t heated (not an issue as I like the cold, but wanted to raise for others as we didn’t know before we came)

Nos ha encantado el alojamiento, el personal es muy agradable y atentos en todo. Seguramente repetiremos ya que esta muy bien sitiado, al apartamento no le falta nada... Estamos encantados de haber elegido alojarnos allí. Los niños disfrutaron de la piscina y se la bañera de hidromasaje.

주차장이 조금 길이 협소합니다. 그리고 무엇보다 처음에 리셉션에서 안내해주던 담당자나 저녁식사에서 서빙하던 직원은 좀 불친절 했습니다. 다음날 떠날때 리셉션 직원은 오히려 훨씬 더 친절했으며, 건물안에 주차장이 있는건 좋았습니다.

Positives: Room was very large and tastefully decorated. clean and well maintained. Lobby was very nice and pool on roof was a decent size and had a beautiful view of the city. Large bathroom with nice soaking tub and separate shower and double vanity and sinks. Good communication prior to check in. Negatives: instructions (video) for how to drive to property without getting fine were very complex and impossible to follow in real time. PDF version never would open and despite multiple emails advising to send it differently the same file with the same error code kept getting sent. Although room had AC it didn’t work well and despite leaving it on all the time at the lowest setting room was always hot. Front desk person was never at the front desk and would be gone for at least 15 minutes at a time with nobody available. Multiple times there were lines of people waiting to check in or ask questions or need something and everyone would just be standing around waiting for a truly inappropriately long time. Only once did I ever see someone actually sitting at the desk in the 3 days we stayed there so it’s obviously a problem. Also on our last day they offered to hold our bags after checkout in a locked closet in the lobby until we were ready to leave in late afternoon. Returned to desk to get our things once again finding nobody there to help us for at least 10 minutes. We found closet unlocked with the key in the door and just took bags ourselves—told they leave like this.
