Good stay overall
Good stay overall. When we arrived our room was not completely cleaned from the stay before us. The trash cans were full and there were no towels in the bathroom. We went to the front desk and the staff very quickly gave us another room and apologized.

Needs an update! Horrible!
The cable was off during the entire stay. The bed was so hard. The shower and bath needs to be recalled and replaced. There was only 1 coffee in the room. We were so unhappy we left a day early even though we had paid for 2 nights. The staff was amazing. They were doing their best with what they had to work with. V

The cable wasn’t working. Called the front desk they said they were working on it, some had cable some different. They never offered to switch rooms that were working. Not the cleanest room. Filthy behind the TV we were trying to get fixed. Trash and lots of dirt behind the wall where the TV is. Not much to choose from for breakfast and only decaf coffee was available. The phones weren’t working, so had to call the front desk by your cell phone. The fire alarm woke everyone up.

Thought it was a Best Western but it’s a “Quality”
Great price but I certainly hope a remodel is coming soon. The whole room is worn out. The desk chair in the room is just disgusting and should be removed. I’d be ashamed to have that on my property. Linens need to be retired. Some just aren’t “white” anymore despite the amount of bleach I’m sure they use.

First of all, the staff was very kind and professional. Everything else was extremely unsatisfactory. The lighting was almost nonexistent in the parking lot. The lobby was fine. The journey to the elevator was alarming with filthy stained trash cans, walls, and carpet. One of the two elevators was out of order while the functioning elevator was dirty, reeked of a fowl odor and had no ventilation. All of the doors on my floor had been broken into, clearly. The facings and doors all chipped. The crossover lock was missing inside my door. The room had loose and broken tile in the kitchenette area. The bathroom was extremely outdated. Toilet bowl was rusty, seat loose and the handle had to be held down for atleast 20 seconds to flush. The tub was stained and the paint in the floor area was chipping away as I showered. I dried off with a stained towel because I didn’t notice it until I got out of the shower. My room had two ac’s and one starting making a squealing sound in the middle of the night so I had to turn it off. The room temp stayed comfortable with the one ac. The only furniture for sitting was a cigarette burned couch that I was afraid to sit on. We didn’t leave anything of value while we were away at a nearby casino. I never leave feedback like this and I do not find pleasure in it but I’m hoping no one will have to go through the shock and disgust that I did when they get to this location . It’s absolutely not the way it was described and graded on Expedia

The hotel use to be Best Western, it looks NOTHING LIKE ONLINE. It is gross, dirty, rooms they just threw a blanket on the bed, nothing in the rooms. They said they were just switching over but it should not be open to the public, especially for over $100!! We went to the room and walked right out. They did refund my money though.

This place needs an update very badly. Everything is old and dingy. Our commode was stained so bad it looked like it hadn’t been flushed in months. Our sheets looked clean but had dirt or sand on them. Had to shake the sheets off before sleeping. No trashcans anywhere in the room. One plastic cup, no other cups or coffee maker. Towels are very rough, threadbare and dingy off white colored. No one at the desk or concession area to purchase a drink any time we tried. Only one elevator working and the one working was very noisy and not a smooth ride.

Property needs to be updated and carpet removed. There should be comforters on beds. I was told I couldn’t get my members point due to the price of the room. That is ridiculous. Breakfast was lacking. Wasn’t kept fresh and didn’t have enough to serve everyone.

I used to stay here when it was Best Western. It has totally changed now. The room and the corridors outside the room were filthy. Three dead young roaches on my bathroom floor. Carpet is just nasty both in rooms and corridors. Elevator is even nasty inside. Why just wreck the place after making the change to Quality Inn? It makes absolutely zero sense to me to have a somewhat modern hotel and then just let it become a nasty, non-maintained dump. I used to stay here, but not anymore. The only reason i didnt give your property one star is because the overnight desk clerk was friendly. Of course my impression of the front desk staff was ruined the following morning, when i walked towards the door with my bag, and being the only person in the lobby, the girl behind the desk was busy on her phone and never even bothered to look up at me. Congratulations management and ownership - YOUVE RUINED THIS PLACE.
