We were very happy with our stay at the Residence Inn. Our check in was easy, the staff were exceptional, very accommodating and helpful. Our room was spacious and very clean. The Champion's Restaurant was very nice, very pleasant staff, upbeat and friendly. Food was good, just wish the Happy Hour menu changed daily. My only disappointment is that the pool was not heated, and it was pretty cold. Other than that, we loved the location, walking distance to Congress Street bridge to see the Bats each night, awesome.

Wonderful stay, great location!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. One of the best features was the guest laundry in the hotel — it saved us so much time and hassle, and the cost was about half of what you'd normally pay elsewhere. Although it's rated as a 3-star hotel, it truly feels like a 4-star experience! A special shout-out to AJ from the breakfast team — he was so kind and helpful, especially while I was having breakfast with my 3-year-old daughter. His thoughtful assistance was greatly appreciated!

Parking is ridiculously expensive. You can park 1 block away for a fraction of their valet parking price, 70 bucks plus tax. Water tastes earthy, kind of a weird flavor. I had to request blankets for our pull out bed as the ones they gave us were didnt even covered the mattress. Good location, good breakfast
