Lovely hotel, great staff pity about the beds
Hotel perfectly situated to access the city. Very friendly staff. We had booked a superior double large room with a balcony. Room and balcony were a decent size big negative was the bed was two singles pushed together which were not held together which we found out when my wife fell through the gap! They did offer an alternative with a proper double bed but this was a standard room with no balcony so we decided to stay put. Don’t expect a “superior” room to have two single beds.

Lage top! Hotel ist schon sehr abgenutzt und bei mir funktionierte die Toilettenspülung nicht richtig. Sehr hellhörig! Dachterrasse ist schön und ich habe einen Willkommensdrink bekommen. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Great location, but disappointing quality.
We booked a superior room with a balcony and a view to the town. The view was to the back of a block of flats just a few meters away, i.e. no view. The room and bathroom had no charm, even though the reception area was interesting. The beds were hard (fine if you like a hard bed though). The bathroom was run down and the fixing for the shower head was broken. The hotel was not particularly cheap and compared to similar priced hotels we have stayed in on our tour, it was a little disappointing. We booked without breakfast so can’t comment on that. The location was extremely good though, and the hotel was quiet, set on a small street in the old town.

Limpeza horrível , cheiro do banheiro de quem não lava nem com algum produto , no último dia nem as toalhas foram trocadas , café da manhã terrível todo dia igual . Cama ruim isso porque eu paguei para fazer upgrade de quarto para uma suite , colchão sofrível !

Ótima localização!
O hotel fica super bem localizado, poucos minutos andando das duas das principais atrações de Sevilha, o Real Alcazar e a Catedral. O staff muito atencioso e gentil! A única observação que tenho é sobre a internet que não funciona bem nos quartos, tínhamos que ir para o hall do hotel caso quiséssemos utilizá-la melhor, mas no geral recomendo a estadia no hotel.

Excelente ubicación
El hotel es muy bonito su lobby está decorado maravillosamente y su desayunador igual. Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño y su cama muy cómoda, la presión del agua es genial. Lo mejor es la ubicación está cerca de todo y adentro del laberinto de calles hermosas sevillanas. Lo único que no me gustó fue la ubicación frente al elevador de mi habitación ya que había ruido de maletas y gente así que si van a este hotel exigían que no los ubiquen frente al elevador, que solo son dos habitaciones ahí así que seguramente mi experiencia habría sido del 100% si hubiera estado en otra área.
