Terrible
Terrible from the jump, we checked in late due to last minute changes. We called the number to let them know we were late and we were on our way and we still had to wait for them to open up. The front guy was rude and didn’t say 2 words to us. Get into the hall for our room and it smelled terrible. The room was small but not too bad. We left to get food and after 5 mins of being back in the room, we got called on around 7pm on a Saturday night for a noise complaint! We told them we literally just walked in and he told us they had been calling our room, we weren’t in there obviously so idk what the noise complain was about. The beds were spring beds and noisy, every move felt loud especially after the noise complaint. We were not comfortable at all. Overall, we know which hotel to avoid in this area.

Horrible! No coffee pot, two pillows, no ice bucket, no toiletries, overall the stay was tolerable. We requested a refund for the remainder of our stay and were denied. We went elsewhere.

El hotel tiene muchas áreas de oportunidad.
Por las noches cierran el front desk y llegué en la madrugada, fue complicado que salieran a atenderme, inicialmente me dijeron que como no avisé que llegaría por la madrugada se había cancelado la habitación, la cual ya estaba pagada. Después de un rato poniendo trabas me dijeron que me darían una habitación,”como haciéndome el favor”. La persona que me atendió salió en pijama, medio dormido y creo yo que de mal humor por lo mismo. En la habitación había cucarachas pequeñas, fue muy desagradable. Yo iba a un concierto en The Haute, el cual está cerca caminando, eso fue muy bueno. Cerca del hotel hay restaurantes y tiendas, eso también está muy bien. A mí parecer es menos calidad por el costo.

Did not have room reserved, excuse was no cleaning staff. Had to downgrade to one bed wiith no offer of a refund of the difference. Dirty halls, elevator and lobby. Trash in parking lot. Door to room would not lock unless slammed. Hotel staff left at 10 pm, no lobby assistance after 10pm. The security of the hotel was horrible. The inner doors were rigged to stay open. Anyone not a guest had access. And staff eas still absent at 845 am when we left. Would not recommend.

I had to wait 10 mins for someone at front desk doe check in. Even through the room was or seemed clean. I found a roach on my desk near my food. Bed was comfortable and AC runs really well.

My sister and I went to Austin for a wedding this was our first visit to Austin. Our flight landed at 8pm and this hotel was about a 30 min drive. We got there and the outside and lobby were beautiful. We checked in got to our room and saw little baby cockroaches between my sister and I we stepped on about 3-4 each. We went back to the lobby with our stuff and requested a room change staff was helpful but a little to relaxed about our concern. We went to our new assigned room right we walked in there was a roach in the bathroom behind the toilet. We checked the cupboards and found 2 adult roaches moved the trash can and there were 4 babies we decided not to stay as we did not want to get them in our luggage and infest our homes! We went back to the lobby and told the young man we will not be staying for the weekend. He said that was fine and let us know for the refund we would need to go through Expedia. Expedia is doing what they can to connect with the hotel however they are not responding. Please be sure to check luggage and clothes if you decide to stay at this hotel so you do not infest your home with cockroaches
